Dk why people give poor ratings I've never had a problem with anyone there always courteous but then I give them respect and so vvh I get respect. If you have problems go to another bank!

Take your business elsewhere. Went there for a notary for 2 people and was told I only need 1 person is needed to have an account. Then 30 minutes later, nobody can do notary and skipped us. Until then I was pretty impatient and then went up to ask anyone that can do notary here. Then a middle age Asian man came up to us and asked me we need notary. He didn't show up for 30 minutes and expected us to wait longer if we didn't go up and ask. Then he told us he can do notary for one person. I snatched that paper and left. Wasted my time and money. Thank you TD.

Location! Location! Location! Earlier opening time and later closing time. Close to all , fantastic service!

If you just do a simple deposit and withdrawal process, neither the machine nor the staff will take very long. In addition , I like the staff Charlie, he's very handsome

The waiting time is longer than I expected. But customer service was great. Jason helped me and answered my questions.

I can’t put anything lower than a 1 star. I love TD banks in manhattan they work fast pace everyone comes in and out take under 5 minutes to be attended but this branch in flushing. Awful costumer service wait lines upwards to 45 min just to do a simple thing like get a new card. I would save my time and take the extra mile and go to another branch by all means avoid the long lines at this branch not worth the time to wait and sit around

TD bank stole my EWF prepaid money! What a shame of them! They must have set up a software in the ATM machine to steal it! It was always safe when I withdrawed money from other banks. However after I operated in the ATM machine of TD bank, the money was gone! Thief! Blame you!

The customer service was awful, provide false information when I ask for the service, turn around to the Northern Blvd. branch immediately. Done in 10mins. much better customer service.

I can't talk about the in-person service. But I was helped over the phone by the Store Supervisor Jonathan Chan, and he went out of his way to help me. I needed to obtain some vital information from some documents and he was able to help me over the phone and email. Great staff leader!

Tried to deposit money at an atm and all six of the atm's wouldn't accept cash.

Other than the lines being pretty long, I could say I actually love this bank because the employees are so nice and helpful to me. Willing to go that extra mile to make sure everything is okay. I’ve been here a few times it amazing how the guy remembers me because I don’t even live in this area that made me feel somewhat special, the interest he has in his customers.

The woman who standing by the door signing in costumers was a nightmare to me. I had a bad day today and just lost my wallet several minutes ago. I learned my lesson, So I decided to go to the TD bank to lock my card. So I told that lady what my situation was and asked her how to do it. It took her a while to recall how to do it through the phone and then she showed me on my phone considerably impatient. It’s OK, I had a bad day, and you might have a bad day too. Then I asked her: “ what should I do if I want to get a new card......” I was about to ask If I need My ID. Too “good” that she didn’t even let me finish my sentence and started to screaming “ you know what, why don’t you just wait in line to see a costumer service? You signed in, right? The waiting time is 30mins.” Our conversation is less than 2 mins before she started to scream at me and that was only my second question. I can’t remember of anything that I did that can make her treat me that way. Was it because I start the conversation with Chinese make her feel offended? If so, then I probably shouldn’t have done that. But I saw her spoke it with other costumers if I am not wrong. Anyway, extremely bad experience. Those people can treat Chinese so horrible and treat others fairly OK make me feel so sad for my people.
