Czar Yeung is my mortgage banker. He is very helpful and guided me through all the processes till the closing with detailed approached and guidance with full commitment and nice treatment being available all the time when needed. He helped me to locked in the lowest interest rate that is available. He is very friendly, open, nice and reliable so I have referred my friends and family members to him.

Terrible Customer service, applied for mortgage took all the documents required came back with some outrageous rates when the banker was questioned on why rates are so high compared to other places loan was denied saying documents were not verifiable total waste of time and effort. Ultimately went to another banker and received loan. Discrimination practices at it best as all customers approved only if they are Chinese with no bank documents or real income sources. Predatory banking practices stay as far away from this place as possible!
