TD Bank NJ, Manahawkin

TD Bank SUCKS! I was told there's no fees for my personal account and business account. However I still got charged. I talked to them several times about this over the last few months and they told me that they would refund me and I shouldn't get charged. They never refunded me any money and I still get charged. I closed my accounts today and opened up at Santander Bank. Santander doesn't charge anything ever! TD SUCKS! Used to be better when they were Commerce bank.

My fiancé and I are closing our accounts tomorrow morning. My fiancé deposited cash through the drive thru with a teller last week and they put it in someone’s else account claiming they read the account number wrong. We called and spoke to the call center who said they would fix it and now they are refusing to correct the issue. Now someone is walking around with my fiancés money in their account and TD Bank isn’t correcting it. We called the call center this morning and were basically told we were liars. The woman named Michelle, supervisor, at the call center spoke down to my fiancé and even told him she appreciates him being so disgruntled!!!! I am disgusted that a large bank could make a mistake like this and not correct it.

Today I visited the Manahawkin Branch and had to sit down with someone for a complete separate transaction that also was a flawless interaction as it always is at this location. While minding my own business, I witnessed another customer being belligerent at the front desk with one of the tellers. Her name was Alexis Pinho (the teller) and she was amazing. This customer was clearly having a bad day and just felt like taking it out on whoever was in front of them. I highly doubt he’ll be so lucky and have others he comes across today handle his poor demeanor with such grace as much as she did. She was kind and calm despite the disrespect he threw her way. She deserves acknowledgment. She is one of the many reasons I will continue to do business at this branch.

Very sweat, knowledgeable people. Especially the managers always there help us when we need, or confused. They helped us a lot with our service.

Female day manager is rude and abrasive..very uncomfortable..walks around thinks who she is

Drive thru ATM often not working and indoor ATM wouldn't accept cash deposit. Had to go inside.

Worst customer service experience! Does NOT help the little guys. Going to Chase Bank!

Michelle King makes my experience very pleasant each time I go. I had several major problems that she help me work through and get resolved in very timely manner. I can not say enough about her warm and caring ways. Always Professional and knowledgeable. I am moving to Florida and of course staying with TD Bank if they are half as good as she is I know I will be a TD Bank Customer for life, It will be like leaving my family behind.
