Words would not suffice for how grateful and appreciative I am of this particular dealership. When you enter their facility they are warm and welcoming. It feels like we are family. They are so welcoming and accommodating. The dealership is clean and well maintained. We have been coming to this dealership for 5 years now. I would not trade them for any other dealership. I find Manahawkin KIA employees to be top-notch compared to other KIA dealerships. They are a pet-friendly facility. Our ferrets felt so comfortable being there they fell asleep.

Thank you to Joe B. and Dirk for going the extra mile last week by assisting me with the purchase of my brand new Kia Sorento SX Prestige Plug-In via TEXTING! I spent a total of an hour at the dealer to sign and pick up my car. This was my fourth purchase from Manahawkin Kia and I cannot say enough about Dirk and his ability to crunch numbers for customers!!

Everyone at Manahawkin Kia was pleasant and welcoming. John, our salesman, handled most of our purchase over the phone and through email until we actually picked up the car. Had purchased my Forte back in November of 2021, brought it in today for it’s first service which was fantastic. Everything was complimentary, including an oil change and full inspection of the vehicle to ensure it’s standards are consistently kept. Very smooth procedure. 45 minutes for a comprehensive 45,000 mi maintenance service. Chaz did a great job as usual and advised I'll be needing tires and brakes within the next 10,000 miles. Appreciate that feedback and will be scheduling that at Kia in that time.

Bought the highest trim Telluride from this dealership and had a great experience. The AC stopped working and the Telluride has been at the dealership almost a month and we keep getting a run around on when it will be fixed. Overall great experience buying. Horrible with service and follow-up. Miscommunication, false expectations and lack of follow-up at it’s best. Really disappointed with you guys at Manahwakin KIA.

I got connected to Bobby a few weeks back when we were looking for a Telluride. We weren’t able to get to the dealership in time to take a look at what he had on the lot at the time but I told him to keep me posted on what he has and if he ever comes across anything within our budget. A week later I got a text that they had a brand new 2022 Telluride and the deal was going to be UNDER our budget and the vehicle’s bells/whistles would be BEYOND our expectation. Totally worth the 2.5 hr drive. From the beginning of the process until we drove off the lot - we were very happy with the customer service and deal we got. John Constantine was a great salesman, we did have to play a bit with the numbers at first (just like at all dealerships), but they worked their best with our trade in and got my dad in the mthly price range he wanted to be at and NO MORE! NO funny business and my dad left really happy with his purchase. Now he's telling me that when the time comes up for me to turn in my Jeep, he'll take the drive down with me lol Thanks again guys and Happy Holidays

Very smooth buying experience, done primarily online/via text versus spending extra time at the dealership. Provided transparency into when the specific car we wanted was going to arrive vs. other dealerships trying to sell us on a car that wasn't what we wanted (and allowed us to reserve that car via online deposit). Pricing was also significantly better than other Kia dealerships we shopped at in NJ. Joe was every easy to work with throughout.

I have to admit, the Kia lineup is great but buyers beware. When I went to negotiate my lease the dealership jacked the price by 20% more than the sticker price. I get that there is a supply chain delay but these dealerships are not your friend. Just be mindful of the price they are charging because although the cars are nice, they are not worth 20% over sticker price. That will affect your monthly payments, your residual and if you purchase outright you are definately paying wayyy too much for the car. You will be under water if you need to sell before you pay it off. I found this happening with all Kia dealerships. I even spoke to two independent lease dealers who both told me the dealerships are bragging about “banging people out” on the prices. My suggestion would be to wait if you can to purchase/lease because these dealerships are price gouging and you will pay way more than you need to. Good luck with your car hunting.

Don't ever buy a car here....They are all sunshine and rainbows until there is a problem!! I had to get a Lemon Law advocate to rectify my situation after having NO BRAND NEW CAR THAT I WAS MAKING PAYMENTS ON FOR 6 MONTHS!! They treated me like a leper!! Never a KIA!!!

Great way to buy a new car from Manahawkin Kia. Most of the work can be done virtually and not so bad at all. I gave 4 but I would like to give 4.5 if option available.I hate buying car from a dealership. I feel it is only one way street when buying a car from a dealership.I experienced almost all dealerships were not transparent with pricing, manipulative, over selling - car, warranty, financing, etc. I find it lot better car buying experience than any other car dealerships because decent staff, reasonable price and committed to provide good service. I would have given 5 * if not back and forth with pricing.

Was searching for a Kia Niro for a couple weeks with the typical dealer mark ups and run around. In this market, a lot of dealers have forgotten the idea of selling to a customer so that they will want to come back in the future. Very disappointed and I was about to give it a break for a while. I saw Manahawkin Kia had the car I wanted. I told the salesman Adam that they were 2 hours away and since I knew what the Niro drove like, I could give a deposit to hold it and then in a few days I could come down to make the deal. Adam gave me the option of doing an online sale and having the car delivered to my house for free! They didn't even have a market adjustment! Finance manager Darrin walked me through the E-signed docs Tuesday night and by Wed 1pm the car was delivered. Could not be happier! Went from giving up to having the car in my driveway in half a day! Will go to Manahawkin Kia for my next Kia as well.

Great, efficient service and friendly staff! I saw a 2019 Sportage for sale and began texting with the staff of Manahawkin Kia regarding purchase and my trade in. I went to test the vehicle later that night and was able to purchase it within an hour and a half. Fantastic price, interest rate and they were very fair with my trade in. My new car is AMAZING. I wish I would have researched the gas mileage a little bit more lol, but other than that I have absolutely zero complaints. Thank you, guys! If you own a Kia, this is the place for Service. Walked through the door was promptly greeted by Vincent. He was kind, courteous, and professional. Had me in and out quickly (less than an hour). I’ve waited over 2 hours at other dealers for the same service, and paid more than double the price… for the exact same service.

Chandler was knowledgeable, helpful, but not too aggressive as some dealers are. He changed our views of car dealers and the entire process of buying/leasing a car. He was honest and very efficient.

Vincent was my service representative. He is terrific. He is cordial, concise, respectable, and makes sure the customer has everything they need - and then some. If you have a way of rewarding such employees as him, please do. He is an amazing individual on your staff. Now, as for the maintenance crew - I am not a fan. They had left my engine splash shield cover zip-tied, instead of appropriately placing back the fasteners as they should have after changing my oil and filter. I always do the job myself and pay extra to make sure I have the best fasteners around. Your mechanic staff failed to ensure that my fasteners were back where they belong. This is just pure laziness and lack of finishing the job correctly. I take my automobile integrity very seriously and trust Manahawkin Kia enough to drive all the way from Philadelphia to service my vehicle. To make matters worse, the splash shield was zip-tied, and there were minimal fasteners. This is easy to get away with since this part is under a car, but I know my vehicle in and out. I can only imagine what other corners are cut to make a job easier. I am reluctant to come back here due to the integrity of the Manahawkin Kia mechanics. The other staff is terrific, but what's the point of serving customers if the actual mechanic and maintenance service is lackluster, lazy, and faulty? Not much. I may not come back and may take my business elsewhere. But please take into consideration Vincent and the other desk staff - they are terrific.

Vincent went above and beyond a regular service rep to accommodate me. While keeping my appt., some pressing issues came up. He had me out the door in about a half hour, with oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. He didn’t need to make me aware of a discount on the alignment but made sure I had everything coming to me. An excellent experience!

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold right in time for summer 🙄 I talked to Vincent and Siarrah in their service center and they got me in right in to see what was wrong. Turned out I needed a new compressor. They ordered the part and got it done. They were so helpful and I’m so grateful! I work a labor job and getting in a blazing hot car after sweating all day is not fun. Now it’s so cold I don’t even need to turn it all the way up. THANK YOU!!!! I had dropped off my car for a recall and I decided to have my oil changed. When I picked up my car I parked it in my garage, about 4 days later I used my car to run some errands. When I return home and pulled my car in the garage I noticed a puddle of oil on the ground. I return to the Kia dealership that performed the service and told them what I found. After checking out the problem they found that the drain plug on the oil pan was very loose and leaking from there. The outcome could of been worse had I not noticed the leak So now I have an oil stain in my garage that I have to deal with.

We are on our seventh or eighth car from Manahawkin Kia through Cary Gardner, and continue to go there for service and additional purchases because of the people, the service, and the prices. We really love that team and highly recommend you take a look.
