Nobody is perfect, so let's start there. I've done a ton of business with EPM. They've made some mistakes. But for the most part, they've executed at a very high level. When mistakes happen, they own it and fix it quickly. The products, customer service, rates, underwriting process and overall customer experience is 2nd to none. Fast, efficient and communicative.
