TD Bank Allen Avenue Northgate Plz, Portland

I was told to call and make an appointment before coming in to do a wire transfer. I called and got a machine with a long message and was unable to do that. Choices: wait in lobby or wait for call back..... Not good.

Has always felt like a neighborhood bank (know me by name, share a joke, etc). I've left the state but still keep my everyday checking account there. When things/questions pop up, a simple phone call takes care of it.

I will also disagree with the below reviewer. The staff is always friendly and know me by name and greet me whenever I enter. One of the few corporate companies where I feel like I actually have a personal connection with the employees. Best bank branch I've ever used in my life.

What ever you do, do not get a mortgage loan from this bank. Complete incompetence from start to finish. The worst. It's just not worth it. I will be refinancing elesewhere, even if I have to pay more.

I have found the opposite to be true. They are always friendly, courteous and professional.

I work for a local company and came to make deposits twice a week. Sadly we moved so I no longer go to this branch, I miss it already. The people there were always friendly, patient, and thorough. If I could, I would forgo the closer branch and keep going there, sadly, can't swing that while on the clock : (

Wonderdul branch! I've had an account with them for over a decade and only had good experiences at this branch. My well-behaved dogs love going with me. The staff is always friendly and are glad to help you! My transactions are always fast and done right. I highly recommend this branch!

My Company has had an account with TD Since 2010 and we have never had any problems at all! I have visited several of their branches as I need to make deposits and other business related transactions. I am very pleased with the employees overall. I frequent the Allen Avenue branch the most and have always had a smiling face greet me and in most cases call me by name. They have terrific memories! The employess are great people to work with and TD Bank is a fantastic bank to do business with. I have transferred money overseas to Italy and China with the help from the staff at TD Bank and was always satisfied with the outcomes. Make TD Bank your bank!

We just waited 20 minutes at the drive through. There was only one car ahead of us. The teller took 10 minutes to cash a check. Slowest customer service ever. Terrible.

Atm ate my deposit and they offered no help.
