I had such an amazing experience with Garbon at this office. I had ordered a car and have been waiting months for it to come in. He was very patient, flexible, and regularly touched base with me to get the process sorted in order to get insurance coverage for when it inevitably arrived. He was very kind, very friendly, and very knowledgeable of what coverage was going to best serve my needs. I also appreciated he was a real person with me. I'm new to the area and he was able to share some great locations for me to visit and travel to. Excited to continue future work with Garbon and this office.

Garbon was amazing!! I had been putting off changing insurance thinking it would be a hassle but when my previous policy increased in price I had to. He made what should have been an annoying adult thing to do simple and saved us a lot of money!! And we are getting more coverage!! Incredible. First I started the application online. Got some very favorable numbers based on what I was paying. Within 24 hours I received a call from Luk in their south Portland office. He was able to improve on the $$$ considerably and increase my coverage as well. Looking back at how long this all took to confirm and get me the coverage I needed. 24 minutes on the phone. It took me longer to cancel my old policy then it took to get this new policy confirmed. Thanks Luk.

I worked out all the details with an outstanding sales person by the name of Garbon Wu who was patient, informative, and extremely helpful. He had a very professional manner and answered all my questions even taking time after each one to clarify if I understood the meaning of his response. I was so glad I could work out my auto insurance with him as his office is in Portland which is an easy drive from my home. I plan to contact him again in the near future when I purchase a newer auto and I look forward to his assistance in finding the best policy for my next auto! This was my first time insuring a car and Isaac was so incredibly helpful at walking me through my options and answering all of my questions. It was so nice to be on the phone with someone as friendly and helpful as Isaac, rather than trying to figure everything out on my own online. Definitely recommend giving the Maine branch a call and requesting Isaac to help you with all of your insurance needs.
