Foul up with a foreign currency exchange. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I don’t care how anyone feels about banks and their fees, but this branch kicks butt. No question about it. The branch is huge and the staff is amazing. I have never seen a line longer than 3 people and always see more than one teller behind the counter. I am usually greeted by a manager as I walk in the door who can help me with checking withdrawal slips and I always see a bunch of bankers sitting at the desks waiting to help customers. Have you seen how much parking this place has?? The drive-thru is always open and the service is top notch! Thank you all for your great service.

Ummm. If this is the branch across from stop and shop id say from personal experience today that the customer service was horrible. As a new customer their level of professionalism eas uninviting. The rep at the dtive thru was dismissive and waved me on and told me nothing tbey could do. Very unprofessional. I was depositing a stimulus check and eouldnt tell me when funds would be available. She did get someone else to assist who was higher level but just as dismissive as the original young rep. Which attests to the level of courtesy and professionalism for this td bank brand. I was tempted to remove my money from the rude and tacky way they came across. Instead i dont believe i will be returning to that branch. But then again i am interested to see if td bank will be responsible enough to reach out to a dissatisfied new customer to hopefully redeem themselves

Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite folks working here. They answered all of my questions patiently and in great detail when I went to open a new checking account. I felt welcome at this bank, which is not something I could say about other banks.

Been to there for a Notary. The experience was flawless. Maricela was really helpful .

As far as a company I'm not thrilled with the app for td Bank very slow and not in real time. But the people here at this location are always nice and polite and go out of there way to help you . And that's why I stay

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Floral Park and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Drive through available. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

I opened two business accounts with Nafisa, she was very patient and good at her job. This bank is not as busy and the wait time is usually shorter.

All bank staff is very helpful, kind especially manager he is so Goooooood.
