Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Jericho Tpke, New Hyde Park

Bad customer service. Lady on the counter nodded her head on every question. I asked will bank charge me fee if i take money out from my pay card. She replied i don't know. I entered in this building that was my mistake. Better not to enter here again.

Don't use the drive thru it takes your card the card doesn't come all the way out this sux

Went here last week, I read the reviews and quite surprised as I go to this branch frequently. Maybe the time I went here could have been a factor but it was around 1pm. I was greeted when I came in through the back door and asked what would I need help with. I waited for 10 minutes before I was called to a desk and quite frankly, I think people just need more patience. As I was waiting to see someone, the line for the teller was moving at an average pace compared to my other financial institutions including different BoA branches.

The absolute worst bank. If I come at 9am the tellers are still counting their drawers. At noon, long lines and one teller. I dread coming here. avoid this bank. Maybe the manager should jump behind the counter to help the line instead of asking people if they have their debit card. Clearly we are on line for a reason.

Just had a conversation with a rep from this bank that was EXTREMELY unpleasant. We were trying to get my client's check deposited into his B of A account and there was some sort of issue so he asked me to help. This rep could not have been more unpleasant. My client is yanking his account from B of A and going to another bank. Don't know how this bank stays in business.

Horrible drive through atm. Took my money and the claims team says it will take 2–9 days or 45 days !! Disappointed. The claims team agent didn’t even send me the survey for the call so I could rate her. She hung up on me!

This is the best Bank of America location with the best stuff and service. People are very friendly and attentive and I am really satisfied. Special thank to James Coyne who helped me today to apply for my new credit card. 🙏

Teller wasn't very pleasant. Customer service is difficult but if your that pissy find another job. Only Bank of America I've ever complained about.

Tenant gave me cashier check printed by Bank Of America. Went in to cash it the lady was rude to me & said she’d only cash it if I was Bank of America customer. I do hold Bank of America credit card that don’t qualify me as a customer. She also refused to check if this was valid cashier check or not. I went into my chase bank branch they advised me not to deposit until Bank of America do not verify if this is real or not.

I went to make a deposit. I look on their website it says they were closing at 4. I rushed there ,so fast. It was a bit difficult to gather the mony To pay. A bill on time. So is 330pm and lm counting the cash and. A. Young lady comes and tells me. It was too much mony. For the bank to take. That the. Voult was closed. But. She was going to make an exception.(I find it hard to believe 4000.00. In new hyde park Bank of America. It's. A lot of mony) nevertheless I felt humiliated. I'm depositing mony!!. And I. Get charge every month for these. Service.it has to be in the morning. Or. A. Night drop. I will not come back to this. Branch again
