I came wit my friend to open her a checking account and everything was perfect. Charmaine took care of us and answered all our questions. She opened a account for my friend in 20 minutes.

I have been a TD customer for more than 4 years. I've never been in a branch where it had this many employees yet that slow and dysfunctional. Their attitude is terrible. Matter of fact I'm writing this right now in the bank. This is the second time they bring me here last week I spent 2 hours with the assistant manager, now it's been more than 25 mins. and I'm still waiting to be helped. Worst branch I've ever been to.

This branch of TD bank is the worst, at first the assistant manager said he could help us with some classified problem and then made us wait like 30 mins then the lady manager comes she is like she cannot help us at all. The situation was understandable okay they couldn’t help us then why did they say they can!! After that my mother wanted to know her user name, the lady manager said it will take 40 mins to know the user name but after a while when the teller came he gave us the user name right away. Later we tried to log in but unfortunately my mom forgot her password so we wasnted to change the password, instead of helping us the lady manager said call the online banking number it will be the same and she again said it will take them 40 mins, its like she didn’t want us to help at all. whereas I changed password before also it took only 5 mins to do so. Basically she lied. End of the story the manager of this branch sucks, if the manager sucks the branch sucks. I’ve been to other TD bank branch they are very nice and helpful but everytime I come to this brach I have se problem. Unfortunately this branch is only branch close to me. From now on I will avoid going to this branch.

Not a single employee in sight. Wanted to open a checking account. Extremely understaffed on a Thursday afternoon business day. Waited for 20 minutes just to leave. Decided to not even bank with TD anymore after this experience

If a classroom of first graders got together to set up a lemonade stand and created a bank to count the loose change, this would be it. After setting up a card specifically for travelling, my card was blocked AND canceled for not responding to a text message to authorize an 11 euro transaction (15$) in a timely manner. What followed was 8 (I kid you not) hours with various representatives, all asking me to do something for else. Finally I got into my online account only to be told that the card needs to be destroyed and could not be reactivated. I kid you not: after wasting 8 hours of my precious vacation time, I was told that all my time and energy was for nothing. But it gets better: they suggested that I have a new card mailed to "a friend somewhere in the US" and have that friend send me the card in Spain. That's not even first grade elementary school service. It's more like nursery school. Absolutely incompetent, unprofessional in every respect. The branch manager had me on hold for ages when he knew I was calling from overseas until I finally hung up. I was never able to reach anyone after that in their digital queuing system. Garbage bank. Place your money elsewhere!

i came in to the branch to replace my card, since i lost it the day before. ive done this twice already, the first time i was only to answer my security questions, and it was no problem. Today 2.11.18 the lady asked for my iD which i did not have, i had told her that i had done it before without my iD. she refused to continue the process. Then she gave me an attitude and raised her voice at me. telling me to call the TD customer service number. i was in no mood to fight and argue with her so i left. I was forced to call TD instead. which i did not want to do, because i needed my debit card that same day !

Sucks. A lot. It's 3 pm, Monday, and there's just 1 (!!!) assistant working. In the middle of the day. On monday. 1 assistant. I've been waiting for 20 minutes already and getting angry 'cause I just wanna replace the card because I've lost mine. And another emplyee told me to go to some other TD bank if in a hurry. Terrible service...
