TD Bank Shrewsbury Ave, Tinton Falls

They are the worst, it would be more efficient to go to a check cashing place then going here. I do not understand how they can be so slow or what the point is in having a bank account if they cannot cash checks in a timely manner. And they did not communicate with me because if so I would have gone to a different bank if I knew I have to wait longer than normal to cash a check written from a business. I can’t wait til the check clears and I can cancel all accounts after being a customer since 2018 I’ve had enough with their fees and poor service

I was at the Shrewsbury Ave (tinton Falls) drive through today to make a CASH deposit into my account. He wanted my bank code "for my protection!". Totally ridiculous! If anyone wants to deposit cash into my account they shouldn't hinder them!

I had an issue with TD bank and Robert the manager took care of it and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. It wasn’t an issue with the branch but with the company and a policy of theirs. Customer service is key with all the choices we have and Robert provided it. Thank you!

This is one of the worst banks I have worked with in years. The staff is not educated on the policies and those policies they choose to enforce are self-serving and are only in place to collect over draft fees and nickel and dime the customer. Consumer beware, bank somewhere else!

Excellent customer service always available to help managers always pleasant

Within the last hour, I was at the Shrewsbury NJ branch of TD Bank. I normally bank at the branch closer to my home in Eatontown, but needed to purchase Euros for my granddaughter’s upcoming trip to Spain. Unfortunately, my branch was out of stock, but they checked nearby and suggested the Shrewsbury Branch. And I am so glad they did! I met Julia, the nicest person I’ve met in a long time. She couldn’t have been more helpful, just an absolute pleasure to do business with, and most certainly an asset to TD Bank. I actually walked out of that branch smiling to myself. I’ve posted compliments before, but this is one time I had to do it ASAP.!!! Thank you TD Bank and especially Julia!

The Most Inconvenient Bank Just another bank that steals from you with fines and fees for "your mistakes" and then takes no responsibility for sending out duplicate bill pay checks, depositing incorrect amounts into your account and having a non functioning website. TD Bank is a horrible bank. Disgusting.

Best TD Bank branch in the Monmouth/Ocean County area. If you're looking for outstanding customer service and knowledge, this is the branch to go to.

This is the areas flagship corporate office. Lots of employees daily to get your banking needs taken care of fast.

Completely ignored for several minutes. Forced to just leave.
