    I really had a great experience with the Nissan team in Red Bank, NJ. I went to look at a car during a mini snow blitz March 13, 2022. I really didn’t intend to lease a car that day. I just wanted to look. But, the team made it easy for me. I leased the Nissan Kicks. The process was stress free. The Nissan team was knowledgeable and very nice. The team consisted of Mike P, the salesman, a real sweetheart;Tommy, the floor manager, a real patient and smooth guy; and Eduardo, who has the patience of a saint, and last but not least, the kind gentleman who collected the funds and signed us out.

    My mom was in the market after 20+ years for another used car. Used car prices and sales are rough right now--this was the second dealership we came to after going to one of those large "highway dealerships" where you are just a dollar sign. Nissan City treated us like people, not money. We worked with Dan and Buff in sales and also Tommy, the used sales manager. All three of them were fantastic, no pressure and really wanted to help get my mom a new-to-her car ASAP (she was paying big bucks renting). Buff & team did a GREAT job finding the '19 Nissan Sentra she eventually signed for. Truly, the place felt like more of a family run dealership vs. one of those big highway places. I could tell they all truly cared and wanted to work with us to get a car. I would highly recommend the whole team at this dealership! I will get the word out! PS Buff is the greatest salesman to ever live ;) Thanks to everyone at Nissan City!

    I'm not usually one to leave a review , but I was losing my patience with the many different dealerships with the current market of low inventory, shipping delays and high markups on new vehicles. I had as little excitement as anyone for buying a new car but I lost my 17 Rogue to an accident and didn't have a lot of time to wait around for what I wanted to arrive to these dealerships. I worked with Michael M, Gio S, Nick C and Eduardo and was extremely satisfied with the entire process. They were able to work with me and had exactly what I wanted in stock and in my target price range without needing to go through all the drama of negotiating. I drove about an hour and a half to get there, but it was worth it. I highly recommend going to see the guys at Nissan City of Red Bank. They were easy to work with, down to earth and made the process easy and were keen on making sure I had everything I needed and that I was happy with my purchase.

    Purchased a truck here this week from the salesman Michael Maiello. Entire experience was great. Michael was an absolute gentleman and was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and extremely accommodating. The truck was delivered as agreed on and there was no games regarding the deal. The manager Nick was great and so was the finance manager Pat. Go see Michael for a new car in a tough time to buy one and they will make it happen. Great dealership.

    Buying a car during covid is very hard with lack of inventory and all the mark ups. Nissan City had a lot of inventory and was willing to work with the markup allowing me to get a good deal for the times. I had such a good experience my friend who bought my car with me went back a week later to lease a car through them

    This was my first time ever leasing a vehicle. Needless to say, I was nervous about it all, especially considering the climate of the economy right now. But I couldn't be happier with the process at Nissan City of Red Bank. Mike Piombo, my salesman, was awesome! He spent the time to make sure I found a vehicle within my budget that I loved and made sure that I was comfortable with the numbers. No pressure, just honest communication which is priceless. Gio made the paperwork quick and efficient and Eduardo went over all of the features of the car that I had questions on before I left the lot. Overall a satisfactory experience which is hard to come by at most dealerships. I have been looking for a car for almost a year and nothing felt quite right until I went to Nissan City of Red Bank. Highly recommend!

    As a single woman, sometimes we feel taken advantage of in male dominated fields like the car business. I have to say that coming to Nissan of red bank was the perfect place for me, as I was treated and spoken to with respect. They explained (not mansplained) each option, and had a different person walk through the process with me, such as James who helped me get insurance and choose the car, Eduardo who went through the safety features with me of the car, and Gio who explained the financial aspect. Nick the manager made me feel like I was home and the entire stressful experience of leasing a vehicle felt more like being in the comfort of my home. Every person there is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend for anyone who wants a great deal (like myself) to go to Nissan of Red Bank.

    If I could rate this establishment 100 stars I would! I honestly can not say enough amazing things about our experience! To start off I want to say that Sierra is truly a special person & they are lucky to have her! She is kind, caring, understanding, hardworking & so sweet. We traveled from out of state searching for a specific car for our son. She went above & beyond to ensure it was the exact same car we wanted & was kind enough to understand why we couldn’t come down right away to pick it up & agreed to take a deposit to ensure we didn’t lose out on the purchase. She even came in on her day off just so we could meet the day we went to pick up the car. She in my eyes is one of the rare ones you meet in not just the automotive world, but in life! Sierra I will be continuing to pray for you & thank you for helping me be stronger during a time I’ve been feeling so weak. You ARE a warrior! Tim our salesman was just as amazing! This man came into work hours before he was scheduled just so he could help us get in get out & get back on the road. Tim was also such a kind & genuine person.     The service department was wonderful. Communicated what was going on and how to use the automatic start-up. The sales department is useless and I will not recommend one person that I know to go to Red Bank Nissan to buy a car. Integrity is in their motto, it should be dishonesty and unprofessionalism. My salesman Chris heard what I had to say but never even returned my phone call about making an appointment. He is absolute waste.

    I never ever write reviews, but because I had the MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE at Nissan of Red Bank I felt I needed to let everyone know about my wonderful experience. I am one of those people who hate going for a new car because most dealerships can care less about truly helping you out. I had gone to Freehold Nissan to buyout my lease on my 2018 Rogue and totally got the run around by the sales force they wanted to charge me 1,850.00 in processing fees and they kept quoting me crazy numbers of which they had no idea what they were doing. So even though I live in freehold I decided to go were I originally leased my car at the Nissan of Red Bank who for the second time have made my car purchase FAST and AMAZING! I was there 1 hour in and out. They were HONEST, FAIR and straight to the point. The fees were sooooo much less and they accommodated me in everything I needed. Geo, and Vincent were such gentlemen talking me through everything and taking time to explain things I didn’t understand. If your dreading the good old car lease/buy experience and don’t want any BS. Go to Nissan of Red Bank and you will not be disappointed!

    I've never had a real good experience with a car dealership, always felt like I was getting the bad end of the deal. So when it came time to look for new used car I was not looking forward to the stress and anxiety involved. Dan and Vito made the experience less stressful, I was able to find the exact car I was looking for, at the price and interest rate that was perfect. Eduardo took the time to make sure I understood all the new technology, and I drove off the lot without any regrets! Would definetly recommend.

    I recently was shopping for a Nissan Rogue, went to a few different dealerships but kept coming back to Nissan City of Red Bank. Mike, the salesman, was fantastic. Worked with me in getting everything I wanted including price and color. He was patient and understanding and made a usually stressful situation very easy. Eduardo was as equally fantastic. He showed me all the ins and outs of the car, took me on a tour of the dealership and introduced me to everyone I would be working with in the future for servicing needs.     I went to this Nissan city of red bank to replace my Honda hrv 2016 ,because the car shakes once u driving up to 75 miles ,so I told this welcoming,friendly,handsome,professional and polite man called JOE. He found me a very beautiful Nissan Altima SV 2021,which I drove home and I’m enjoying it to the limit.So pls come down here and ask for JOE!!!!!!

    They had the make, model & color car that I wanted. Their sales team called me when they said that they would. Communication is a big thing for me. The sales person, Michael Maiello, did everything that he said he would. The car was ready and waiting for me when I got to the dealership.     Have been looking for 2022 pathfinder platinum since last August. Literally have dealt with multiple dealerships all of whom did not have what I was looking for or who were marking up above MSRP. I was ready to give up and just go with a different vehicle. Then I contacted Nissan City of Red Bank! My first contact was Sierra who was amazing, she literally worked a deal with me on the exact vehicle I wanted that was scheduled to arrive in a few weeks. The entire team was wonderful. I received a text from Sierra that my vehicle arrived early, I drive two hours to this dealership and they took my trade, completed my paperwork and I was out the door in two hours! I do not remember everyone’s names but each person was kind and professional and no haggling. Michael finished my sale and I believe I dealt with another Mike in finance who was a pleasure as well. Eduardo introduced me to my new baby and showed me how to work all her gadgets. I couldn’t say enough positive things about this group! I finally got the car I wanted after 8 months and it literally took a total of 2 1/2 hours between phone calls, texts, paperwork etc. I would highly recommend them.     Let's just say that Nissan of Red Bank is the best Nissan dealership in the Area. Everyone over there is very professional, helpful and treats you with respect, I have been looking for a new Nissan Pathfinder for almost 4 months now, went to so many Nissan dealerships in NJ & NY with no luck almost all kept adding extra fees, and few thousands to the MSRP until I I came across NIssan of Red Bank, called them and bought my new Nissan from home, and the price I was told over the phone it was the final, no gimmicks and no hassle, was a smooth experience, I picked my SUV today and finally met everyone, and they are amazing people.     Ask for (Joe), he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. I was looking for a pre owned vehicle for me and a new car for my wife. I wanted a car with low mileage SUV. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and Joe handled me very well. He really went above and beyond for me. Joe kept in touch weeks after we went home to make sure we were still happy. I have to say he completely won my family over and tries to help as much as possible. Joe gave us his full attention which is such a pet peeve when sales people don't do that. Even his staff and services guys really know they’re stuff.

    Even though they were aggressive on voice tone in a good way they really gave us a good deal for my brothers car he had a difficult time with credit, and income but they really helped him get approved for a car that was actually pretty great for him with low mileage. Its like an uncle that gave you tough love, but trying to get you in a smart pathway to success thats how I would put it. Thanks again from me and my brother eric.

    I went in to get a new lease. I felt that I wasn't getting the best price working with my local dealer, and Nissan of Red Bank responded to an Internet price inquiry. I went in, was asked my preferred payment structure and got pretty close to it on the first shot. I felt like I was getting a fair deal, especially given market conditions. Vito, the lead sales agent, seemed straightforward, a no B.S.guy, which was a solid contrast with my prior dealership visit.
