    The two blonde and brunette girls at the front desk were rude and disrespectful, saying “look who’s here” and laughing when I walk in, after being there a few days beforehand trying to put money into my account

    Most Convenient Bank in America - Even Wild Turkeys decided to get in line at this drive through in Oaklyn, NJ. Too bad the teller wasn't proficienct in gobbling. 😂

    Bad service, bad customer service. I was charged with a maintenance fee of $14 a month for going under the minimum balance. I spoke with a woman named Tiffany and i said I would file a complaint and she was rude enough to say "go right ahead". The charge has been going on for 5 months even though I had the minimum balance available. Just totally poor customer service.

    The ATM ate my federal stimulus card then went Out of Order. I pleaded with the employees to have it retrieved when the technicians came out to fix it. But it didnt happen! It just disappeared into thin air. So now I am going round and round with the IRS/government to re-issue me a card. Awesome- thanks TD Bank for paying all kinds of lip service but delivering NOTHING. I was considering switching my accounts over from Wells Fargo but won't be doing that now.

    I left TD years ago, I had to come deposit something for someone. Two lanes open at lunch time, currently in line with no one at window, taking forever. One guy comes back asks what I need help with, told him a checking deposit slip. He helps the lady next to us, has yet to send the deposit slip. Walks away, waited about 4 minutes still not back. I will not be back, TD proves me right yet again with how awful they are.

    I really wish TD bank was better. After fee after fee I am finally closing all my accounts. To add insult to this fiasco, I have had to wait over an hour+ to have my 2020 transactions printed because they don't give you access online. Convenient yes. In your best interest, No.

    I’ve never really had a bad experience here yet. Samira and her staff is very friendly and I was. ALWAYS taken care of quickly, even when there was a lot of people. And I’ve been coming here for 3 year and some change now.

    I have been with TD for over 21 yrs.+. I am a very satisfied customer. Here or there I experienced trouble. But it always got resolved.

    You could go through the fast food drive-thru 10 times over even at lunch hour in the time it takes to move one car at this TD drive-thru. You’d think that since drive-thru is the only banking option right now, they’d be able to work quicker. The staff has usually been lazy and rude. Go down the a White Horse Pike for much faster service and friendlier staff.

    TDB at this specific Location screwed up twice with last 2 deposits. I went in person inside with with another check payable to me also a TDB account. Teller asked me for my drivers' license which I had no problem but I wasn't getting cash back. I then asked if It could be made available immediately since it was a TDB to deposit into my TDB - she had to get manager to authorizxe same of however he did but after being pushed aside and manager goes in back - It was 12 minutes - they were nice apologized so I thought all was good. Until the following day, I went to store and it debit card was declined. I called the bank and of course waited as I was humiliated in public - George gets on the phone and was extremely STUPID - asked me for my account no. told him i had a debit card and didn't have acct. no after explaining the situation - he rudely interrupts me "M'am I'm trying to help you ' as I guess he was annoyed waiting for me to find my card. Also the first time, I went in person after they screwed up this way - he forgot to give me my driver's license back - my fault for not noticing - and believe it or not, he would have forgotten again i I didn't notice yesterday - pardon my rudeness - but IDIOTS
