Arlene, kept our documents tight. She was very thorough in our home process. When my family and I thought owning a home would be difficult with student loans, and our employment profile etc, she ensured us it was ok. My nerves and anxiety was like a roller coaster as buying a home is a major decision and one of the biggest invest in our lives.
