Friendly and knowledgeable! I went in to this location after my debit card stopped working for my savings account. I was sure it was a bank mistake but turns out I'm just incompetent with my online banking. In any case the gentlemen who helped me was named Amir and not only did he help me figure out the problem but he was also courteous and SUPER patient. He even explained the situation in a way that didn't make me feel dumb even though I had caused my own issue to begin with. Great group of people here!

Clean and quick just what I need at yhe time .

They have a new customer service rep at the counter that is bitchy and lazy. I will also be making a complaint to corporate level about her. I could not get her name because she did not have a name tag on like the other reps. Probably does not want customers to complain her being so lazy. No matter if you are in a low paying job if you have a bad attitude about doing the job then you should be fired. This one if she was working for me would be fired. Maybe she would like zero pay instead.

Great bank and service. I went there to open a business account yesterday. The rep opened a new account, provided a debit card with a chip, adjusted my other account in NJ to save me money on monthly fees all in a short period of time. There's a PNC bank a short distance from my office but I chose TD bank which is about 30 away due to the service this company has offered over the years

If you want a local back that has excellent customer service, check out TD Bank in Thorndale, PA. **Please note, I can ONLY speak to THIS particular Store** Joseph Pomorski, the Store Manager went above and beyond to help us through an extremely tedious process of getting a refinance done for an investment property. As a completely separate note, which has NOTHING to do with this store, the TD Bank Mortgage Department is horrific. Stay far, far away from mortgages and refinances with TD bank. 100+ days to get a refinance done due solely to TD Bank's Mortgage Department's complete incompetency is outrageous.

Used to love going to this bank but now I will close my account once all my bills get paid. A month ago I ordered from Walmart and my order got canceled because it wasn't in stock. They credit me but then took it right back out. I filed a dispute through the bank they gave me the money plus overdraw fee. Then they investigated it and took back all the money and I argued with them saying that walmart took it back but they said no they didn't. I showed them the proof and still they said you got your money back. I am beyond livid over this. The facts are right there but they don't see it.

I've been waiting over a week for them to fix a deposit that got screwed up in their ATM. talked to the branch manager who was nice enough to forward an email with my deposit slip and paycheck stub with correct amount to whom ever is supposed to handle the situation and told I should receive a call. No one has bothered to contact me it was a hundred and fifty dollar screw up in their favor that apparently they think I'll just forget about. The people at the branch are very friendly but when it comes to money situations like this TD has been worse then when it was commerce bank. UPDATE-obviously an oversight they did fix the problem feeling better ☺️

Thank you Katelyn for the great service! I needed to order more checks & another branch gave me incorrect info about placing an online order, so my order was not processing correctly. When I called for help, Katelyn quickly looked up my info & placed my order. Thank you for the great customer service!

I actually give them a 0. I needed to cash one of their checks as and the main office told us a state ID is all I needed. Drove 2 hrs to cash this check , and they refused to cash it. The manager was rude and unhelpful to resolve this problen.

One of the best banks in the area. Jamal is so helpful and has helped our family over the past several years.
