TD Bank Forest Ave, Staten Island

I opened a savings account today. Lidia A. provided exceptional service by explaining all the necessary steps & was very patient & pleasant.

Michele Folio is absolutely the worst I’ve experienced in any bank. She wasn’t polite upon seating and had an attitude. People go in to a bank regarding their money not to deal with bad customer service. This is how a bank starts to lose money due to their employees.

Called today with two questions and the lady kept cutting me off and repeating the “answer” when I clearly didn’t know what she meant. They need to realize not everyone knows banking and how it works so don’t speak down or in shorthand, explain it and take your time because I go in there to cash in change and they’re all literally doing nothing so what’s the rush? I’d rather drive to victory or on richmond than to go to this one right down the block from me. They’re lucky they’re convenient.

The worst bank where's surface specially Michelle........ Chase Bank is the best bank best service it doesn't matter what location you go to they always have a good service

The security guard is not informative he cares less and acts like people know the exact procedure to check in "not his job" kind of attitude. However tellers are wonderful other than that very pleasant inside of the bank.

Call in to verify discrepancy with auto deduction payment plan, the associate picked up the phone and told me to call back some other time, because they are busy. When I call them they are always busy and extremely rude. Horrible customer service only at the Forest avenue TB Bank brunch. Corporate office need to look in to it. I have visited other TD Bank brunches and they have great customer service, total opposite of Forest Avenue bank brunch.

IVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE! Michelle Fallo is a teller there she’s is disrespectful and she spoke to me like I was nothing. They made an error and are making me suffer for there mistakes. I would never bank here again and don’t start they always make the customer wrong!

I hate this place, not enough workers to keep it movong! You have to wait 30 minutes tell a representative is with you then a another 20 to 30 minutes tell your done with them that's about 50 minutes in total! Plan ahead before coming to this bank!

I have dealt with great customer service here, but wrong, misguiding answers.Even though it did cost me many dollars, the branch manager Michelle McGukin was a great help in resolving all my problems, I admire her work at a personal level and even though I did not receive all my money back, she helped me more than any other representative and really cared about my conflict.
