I have had the best experience with this branch and their employees. They go out of their way to help and support my banking needs.

with everything going on with the virus,why would you close the drive in? there is no customer contact. some of us have to work and don't get out until 4 or 5. most businesses are open 9-5. now they are closed on sunday also. im so glad i opened an account at PNC. Good bye TD TRASH

If I could give it no stars, I would. I have in the last year had 4 separate occasions when I have asked the Teller to put in a check as cash & it wasn't done. When you give a Teller a slip and you verbally ask them to do something, you expect that they will do as you ask. I have deposited TD BANK checks & ask them to be available, instead they don't put it in as cash, then you get stuck not being able to pay your bills because the Teller doesn't know how to properly read the slip or hear when you ask them to. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

I recently opened a secondary business escrow account with TD Bank. After having a 12+ year relationship with the Franklin Lakes Branch, because my balance was under $1k, I began getting an $8.00 monthly fee. The Branch Manager, Greg Scher explained that despite my rather high balance in my primary account, the "fee" would not be waived. $8.00 is peanuts...but I left TD Bank out of principle. We took our business to the Wyckoff Branch of Atlantic Stewardship Bank, where my business is valued. We haven't been happier. Staff is friendly and they can't do enough for you. No minimum balances for three years, etc. TD Bank is simply getting too big, and it shows...in a negative way.

I came in to the bank cold, and they were welcoming and helpful. I now do all my banking here. Very satisfied.

They used to have late hours but no more. Very disappointing that their service has gone downhill. It was much better when they were Commerce Bank.

Wonderful staff who is always attentive and courteous to their customers.
