TD Bank Main St, Waltham

This branch looks very modern and clean. Parking lot in the back for convinence. I've always received quick and pleasant service from the tellers here.

The is my go to bank for all my needs. The staff are always polite and professional. The location is perfect there are many shops to run extra errands if need be a little multi tasking.. It can get busy as good banks do, it’s hundred percent a little wait here and there . The perks of it all and benefits out way that . It’s been super convenient is many ways. I can’t thank the whole team there enough!! From the Amazing Branch Manger all the way through. Keep up the great work everybody.. You are appreciated.. ;)

I have been banking with them for little over 3 months and the customer service that Swati has given has been phenomenal. If there’s anybody to go to go to this woman right here she gets it done. Appreciate The Waltham location

I know they can't let anyone in because of Covid-19 but somehow the line here has gone from usually only a few minutes to always at least a half hour, sometimes more, in the drivethrough. And with the two lanes if you get stuck behind the wrong person, 3 other people in the other lane might go before you do. I don't understand why the service has ground to a halt.

I went there on Sunday July 30, 2017 and there were 2 men working. Not such a good, they don't know what they were doing there. I am very disappointed with this branch and workers. I am planning to close all my accounts at this bank! Also, lady manager is not very responsible!

Opened an account a few months ago. Started to like it until they put a hold on my account. I had lost my debit card and they won't issue a new one I'm not able to withdraw my own cash till things are resolved and I can't cause I don't have a valid id yet. Can't get new id till I get my money. I'll be switching banks. Customer service is very unhelpful.

Their "smart ATM" never has banknotes you want. One day I came to withdraw cash and their smart machine offered me ONE dollar bills for for $200 withdrawal. What a mess! I had to walk to drive through ATM to get my amount in $20s. One day I came there and that ATM did not get me any money. It was broken. Guys at the counter are friendly, no complains, but technologies of TD bank are horrible. I am thinking to close my account there and switch to some better technologically advanced banking.

Drive thru sucks!! I waited 15 mins before someone even said hi. I thought drive thrus are supposed to be faster. He said he was the only teller working on friday at 5pm. They are open until 6pm. I was very confused. Last time i went during the day and i went inside and the ladies were super nice!! So my review is only for the drive thru.

Horrible service. Still waiting for an error to be resolved from the branch manager. I was told 10 business days. Its now 5 weeks. She was rushing me because I came in 5 minutes before closing. Im switching banks ASAP.

The customer service is almost to none. The Asian employee has an attitude problem and no one tells her anything about it. The district manager needs to know how shareholders feels about this matter because they can be a customer as well.
