Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Main St, Waltham

No company has ever treated me as poorly as the employees at this Bank of America has. I brought all the documentation they asked for to change my name and jumped through the hoops to make an appointment. After two wasted trips nothing is changed. I wish I could say with certainty that it was merely incompetence, but I think it was homophobia. If it was only incompetence I wouldn’t have even bothered to leave a review. Regardless, the one star rating is well earned.

My review is for Yuli Zhang who was able to work with us one-on-one and open up a custodial account for my daughter. Yuli explained the difference between the 529 Plan and Custodial account. I feel confident that Yuli’s expertise clarified my financial goals along with provided me guidance on how to purse them. I strongly recommend anyone in the Waltham area to schedule an appointment with Yuli and see if she can be of any assistance to your financial needs. They do not care about you or your business! They will make you wait 45+ mins just to get to the one and only teller who is working.

Hello..I just wanted to write a 5 star review for the great customer service that I received at this branch. Because of Covid ~~ my bank of america branch is closed so I had to come to this branch...Ajay was the customer service rep and he was excellent. Bank of America sent me a link to do a review on him (a few days ago)~~ but I was very busy the past few days so when I went on just now to do the review ...the link had expired and I wanted to make sure that he and this branch got the review that they deserved...Thanks a million once more !! Bank of America is one of the most crooked corporations in the world! Not only they charge you $8 to cash any check for non account holders they also limits the maximum check cash amount to $4k ! They are essentially forcing people to open up an account with them so they can charge $16 maintenance fee while other Banks are not charging anything! Shame on you bank of America!

The staff at this branch are professional and polite, although the BofA account itself leaves something to desired. I visited this location to close my account and had actually postponed closing it for almost a year since I dreaded having to deal with BofA again. I had tried closing my account on the phone but, after being on hold for a while, the associate had said that the transfer system was down for the week, which was frustrating and highly suspicious. Andres was efficient, professional, and friendly. He made my transaction a breeze.

This bank don't care about the clients it doesn't matter how long u been with them when I get a chance I'm canceling everything my accounts my credit card everything and transferring to another bank I'm done.

BOA makes it impossible to get to a real person on phone. bravo work for the team that designed the auto response system that reduced the labor hours needed to its minimum. just not so helpful for its clients.

I can't believe they double dip on check cashing. My client was so upset with them cause I have to charge him extra $10 for check cashing fee. When I explained it to him he pulled his money and went to village bank. So basically this bank is government issued (AKA) thieves!!!! Tell all I have and will continue to do so until at least 20 of my clients or they change their policies

Go to the branch on Moody st. This branch needs to learn their own policies. I tried to deposit cash to my buddy's account (he lives in CA), which an employee informed me that i couldn't because it wasn't mine. On Moody street the teller informed me that she just required my ID to do it. Very stupid policy to begin with corporate. I remember why i never banked here.
