Horrible service. They closed my account and froze my money without any reason or notice to me.Every time I call I get jerked around. I showed up to complain they did nothing to get me my money back it’s been about 4 months and nothing has been resolved. 1800 number is useless and the managers here can’t give me a straight answer.

Most convenient hours of any bank I have ever seen and truly nice people working there. They always greet customers by name, and they are focused on making sure the customer's needs are met. They always have lollipops for customers and dog biscuits for dogs... they even have water bowls for dogs as well. Notary public on site, no fee if you're a bank customer. No fee for interest-bearing checking account if you're over 60, as long as you keep $250 balance. Great bank!

The bank branch was spotless, like it was brand new. The tellers were friendly and helpful when needing something notarized. But I wasn't allowed to change dollars for coins!!! How strange, apparently it's just this branch. I really wanted to make change, otherwise I'd give a higher review.

They have the latest hours I've ever seen for a bank. The coin machines are great for when you want to get bills for your collected coins. You need to have an account with them or you'll have to pay a small fee to use their coin machines.

I called to ask if there was a notary available at the bank. They said yes. I was at the bank within five minutes during my lunch break. The notary finished with one customer, helped another and left. 15 minutes later, the notary case back, did not greet me and just took my paper and then notarized it. Not a crisis, just inconsiderate.

Great people but the constant reduction in hours makes them just another bank. TD is killing what made commerce special

Worst bank. Horrible customer service. Takes 1 week for a standard check to clear through. Don't waste your time opening an account. Go to chase they are much better.

Friendly staff and quick responses. I like TD bank , low maintenance fees and cost .

Most incompetant... time wasting staff I have ever dealt with...the 5 star reviews must be fabricated...the bank manager is even worse...stay away guys....I dare someone from this branch to call me. Amateur people working there....no customer service....wrong information given.

Very busy as any other TD bank. The banker made unusually mistake and when I went to ask question, banker was’t there. So another banker tried to help but couldn’t figure out what was going on. I don’t feel great about this branch.
