TD Bank St Georges Ave, Rahway

This is one of the worst TD bank I’ve ever been to. They always behave rudely and try to bring new requirements you never heard from other TD Bank branches. Above all I’m that kind of person who never likes to criticize but they have lot of potential to prompt you to write against them.

I applied on TD secured credit card in-store. this process takes between 7-10 to hear back from the bank but my application took as far as 3 months and one declined application because the teller who helped inside didn't know that I should sign paper because I'm less than 21 yo. Finally I submitted my application online without need from them. I never recommend them at all go TD clark bank they are more helpful.

Most unprofessional Bank I have ever dealt with. Sends me exclusive (to addressee only) offer - I visited the bank location on a Saturday - they keep me waiting for 50 minutes due to under staffing and then let me know that they have withdrew the campaign. (Check the image, this review has been posted a week before the offer expires).

Worst one I went there for a deposit issue for then to call to confirm deposit they called and confirmed then she said she had to send a email to the security team which I didn't see her do that the funds will be there the following day my check still has not cleared and now I called I been on hold for over 20 mins I'm calling with the other phone they don't pick up

Don’t go during lunch time! All services are closed….

Been with this bank since I got my first job, and I love them. Showed up a few minutes late and the wonderful teller still helped me and served me with fantastic service even with the inconvenience of a late customer. I wish I got her name so I could give a shoutout!

Took over an hour to go through drive thru. Finally a teller came out and moved the cars up to two lanes. Something needs to be done to let people know how many lanes are working. It's bad because it's one lane until you get to the teller kiosks. For whatever reason no one went to 2nd or 3rd lines even though green lights were onto get taken care of. They even had a man walking in the line. I normally deal with Cranford which is do much better.

Wished I never went to this branch,front tellers were so rude and acted like there was a problem. I ordered for a check booklet which they made it seem like I was asking a favor,but to my surprise after 3 weeks nothing came in the mail,called and I was told that no check was ordered. I suggest management should send spies on them coz they only receive salary and care less of what happens to bank.

Horrible! The ATM took my card and they were unable to print a new card right away and 2 days and 3 visits to the bank later I still don't have a valid card, because their system is having glitches they need to iron out. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Never had issues in 8 years but this situation really has reconsidering my choice in banking.

I've been a long time banker there and I've never had any issues with them or any other branch I've visited! Very friendly and helpful service every time. Love my bank!
