Sandy is a ROCK STAR! SANDY is a Rock star! When it comes to customer relation, Sandy is the epitome of providing excellent customer service. She is very professional yet friendly, very knowledgeable to say the least. She can fix whatever issues you may have with your account and recommend ways to enhance your banking experience. We have been a member with Merck Federal Credit Union for over 18 years (maybe more) and when you have someone like Sandy to look-out for your daily banking transactions, rest assure that she will have your back. In this modern time, it is so rare to get a decent customer assistance like Sandy. Greedy, unwilling to work to solve issues.

We have been a member for over 17 yrs. Merck Fed Credit Union in general have been there for us along the way. I hardly ever go into the branch, most of my transactions are over the phone or online and the staffs and customer service are first class. They are kind, helpful and compassionate when we have unavoidable situations ( I am fortunate to have worked mostly with Donna not with Miriam and if I come across her I sure hope that I will not have the same experience I have read below about her. There really isn't a place for rudeness, everyone is replaceable). Unlike the big banks, MFCU fees are realistic and they don’t rip you off on unnecessary bank fees. We are a customer for life.
