TD Bank Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, Chantilly

Figured I would create this review while still waiting. I forgot my ATM card, else I would just use the ATM. No one in drive through. I pull up to deposit three little checks. Nothing out of the ordinary. Been sitting outside with no updates for over ten minutes. Pressed the call button for an update with no reply. Unsure if the teller just went on break or fell asleep. Five minutes later try the call button with no reply. Ok update on the third press of the call button I now know they are still there but appear to be working on the checks. There better be a darn lollipop in that canister when it comes back. On to TWENTY minutes outside at the drive through. No response now from the two tellers who appear to be trying to figure out how to deposit checks. Update. 22 minutes. Success, checks deposited and no lollipop.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Very rude and unhelpful. Wont be back again and also will close my account with TD. Terrible experience!

I called and spoke to Chantilly branch manager Mr. Pasquale for a safe deposit box. He was very helpful and prompt. I highly recommend using td bank Chantilly.

The Bank has unique policies and would hold your funds for longer than expected. Staff is not helpful and knowledgeable. Not recommended

Very unfriendly service. Now days, identity theft is very serious issue and why I need to show id or debit card to make deposit. Showing ID to withdraw, I can understand.

They don’t like to work. Alway close. Short hours . Hate this branch
