TD Bank is My Preferred Bank. I'm not just saying, it's TRUE. Every visit is different for me and exciting each and every time. They are more than just Team TD Bank, they are Friends & Family to Me and each Customer that comes in and out of TD Bank Daily. During the Pandemic they went above and beyond to make sure that the People of Community were taking care of through good and hard time and We are All Still standing. This is a sorry excuse for a bank! I waited in line behind a ethnic gentleman who was depositing ...the tellers response what’s your job without politely asking may I ask you what do you do for a living. Then I could not withdraw funds from my account without them excuse themselves to verify whatever they wanted to verify. The bank rep made me feel like I was a criminal when I had my account with TD bank for over 5 years. I have been to this location a few times and I never like the service in this location.

Drive thru girl was so friendly it absolutely melted my heart. This deserved 5 stars. Knew her stuff, and quick but not pushy. Perfect. Hopefully everyone else inside is this nice too!

Awful experience. People are always waiting a long period of time just for a consultation. Apart from TD bank loves to steal money from your account then tell you they don’t understand or how. They love to kill with kindness don’t be fooled.

As far as building its beautiful . N staff tries their best to help their customers but no success. I believe management need to put more employees so customers don’t suffer even sometime you have to waiting 20-30 mins to deposit your money/ check. Td bank plz love your customers n hire more employees

Everyone is super amazing and exceed customer service from the door greeter (older black guy) to the tellers and the ladies that help at the desk (Iryna and Kendra). Genuinely friendly, caring, and always professional. Great job and great team work.

I may be partial because I was a commerce bank customer. Though the service is always by far the best bank service I come to expect from a local Bank. A kind of feel at home bank 🏦.

I'm usually in and out in a few minutes, the tellers are always friendly. Although it's the only branch of Absecon Island, they make it worth the trip. It would be nice if TD put a few ATMs around the city.
