I would never return to this place. I find the manager unprofessional, infantile, and crooked. I was charged $40 on a $100 loan that wasn't even on Premises more than 3 weeks. Manager assured me that I would pay $130 within that time but charged me $140 instead.

I stock in AC due to the bad weather and had to pawn some gold to be able to go home. They offered me good money for my necklaces for a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend City Jewelers to everybody who wants a good service.

I am from ventnor nj but pawned my 2 bracelets recently at this place. The man is very cool.and helpfull and very professional.. I would highly recommend this pawn shop to anyone and I rate them a 5 out of 5 stars.

Selling gold in AC is not easy but this people made it fast smooth and BTW price was much higher then everywhere else.I will recommend this place to anyone.Free cleaning for my jewelry was a nice surprise. Sam , thanks a lot .

Horrible service over the phone. Called to see if they repaired jewlery. A man on the answered yes. I asked him when would be a good time to come in. He told me not right now, and when I asked again what time would be better. He said I don't know. Smh poor first impression. I just took my business some where else.
Dear Felishia, I’m sorry my dad’s English can be a little rusty. We do in fact repair jewellery and one of the only shops that does in AC. My father is one of the best in his line of work. This is something you would have to come in person for anyway though. He would have to see the item to see if there’s something that can be done. Sorry for the miscommunication on the phone. I hope we can make up for it in service!

Great prices at this place. You should definitely check them out! Good people too, Sam is awesome. Bought 2 of my Rolexes here and they give me a good deal on a loan if I ever need the extra cash. For real check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Best place in Atlantic City!! They are very fair with their customers. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a reputable pawn shop or even a place to shop around and look for some jaw dropping deals on jewelry, high-end watches, and so forth. Also you can get your watch battery changed here if you need to. Last but not least if you ever need more time to extend on your loan they will gladly give you extra time with no hassle, just call ahead. Come to this place, you won't be disappointed!!

I called and asked about spot price for 10 silver floors he told me 151 price is 300 then cursed me off the phone and so go to eBay rude.

I do not recommend ever going to the pawnshop I’ve been using them for years this man not the old man his son are very nasty unprofessional and stole one of my rings and tried to cheat me $200 and then I went back in and told him that I have proof that I gave him my ring and he threw money at me do not ever go to that pawn shop zero stars
This is an absolutely ridiculous and untrue statement. We have not EVER stolen ANYTHING from ANY customer for as long as this business has been open. I can guarantee you this person kept their items here way past the due date and was just mad their things were sold off. After 3 weeks (although legally we don’t have to hold anything past 15 days) if you do not come to get your things or pay the interest on your loan you are liable to lose whatever you took out a loan on. This is how the business works and how all loan shops operate in Atlantic City. We are more than understanding about giving people extra time and do so when asked for. However, this person just assumed they can keep their items here indefinitely without paying interest or calling to make sure we hold on to their jewellery. This unfortunately is not how it works. If we really stole something from you why not go to the cops instead of just leaving a negative review on the business? Shame on you for making up such lies. Shame.
