TD Bank Park Plz, Mechanicville

Congratulations TD Bank,you have just lost yourself a 14 year long customer today. I have lived in two other states that have TD Banks and this Mechanicville branch is the bad apple out of any I have ever visited in prior years. Every time I have visited this branch there is always some sort of an issue,along with tellers Not having the greatest customer service skills at this location. Unfortunately every other branch is way further out of the way from my home location,but whenever I was able to visit these other branches customer service was always great and I never have a problem and transactions were always seamless. Instead of closing branches down in recent years that were close to me,TD should have closed this one down way beforehand.

I have been in the customer service sector of business for about 30 years, and I will tell you that someone has to do something extremely well to get 5 stars from me. Steve works in the branch and he opened my account up years ago. I recently had to ask him to help me out and this is the second time I’ve done so. Within 2 hours Steve called me back and said problem solved. Steve not only epitomizes what customer service is and means to the customer but he constantly goes out of his way for his clients. If your going to bank at TD Bank please go see Steve at the branch in Mechanicvile. You will be blown away. This guy is special and great at his job. He actually cares about your needs. Professional, friendly and very helpful staff. Convenient, comfortable and clean facility. Had a last minute urgent request to change our accounts and get updated account statements reflecting the change for which would normally take a few days. They made calls, looked into different options how it could be done to expedite, and really went to the extra miles for us. Even the assistant branch manager stepped in to make things happen so we can get what we need the same day. Great overall experience. Special thanks to Jason and Joy for their help.

TD Bank the worst bank I have ever dealt with trying to get a personal loan. No customer service and they are VERY SLOW.

This bank is horrible talk about can’t figure anything out no one knows anything can’t figure out your address to send you your stuff & hidden fees & hidden gimmicks

Although the address in google maps brought me to a random house that wasn’t a TD bank, the service at this location was wonderful! Ashley B helped me open a new account and answered all of my questions thoroughly and completely. (Personally I think she deserves a raise) Thank you for all the help!

Is a very friendly bank. My Daughter has an account there because she goes to Worchester Polytechnic and that bank is on campus. And it's a very good bank offering excellent services

I switched because their staff at another branch was so much friendlier than my bank. Easily some of the nicest people in the banking world, and open when you need them.

Thanks for not updating your abridged hours and causing me to drive 30 minutes. Time to find a new bank.
