    First of all, while there was definitely more staff, only one was attending customers besides the counter. Waited for two hours to be helped. We were "serviced" by the supervisor, Cecil Sarango, who told us we needed a printed copy of proof of address even though one of our IDs had the address on it. We suggested sending our utility bills to her email to be printed out and she refused. We asked her if there was anything we could do considering we waited two hours, and she simply refused to help. Everything is electronic now, how much different is it if we printed it out? Anyways, we went to another branch, where they told us that what she did to us is not policy and simply the supervisor power tripping. We wasted half a day for such a simple task. We learned from the other branch that Cecil has had many complaints, and while the other workers seemed fine, they can't do anything about her attitude due to her being the supervisor.

    Staff here are friendly and helpful. They were always kind to my mom especially Ms Manali. Free parking is a plus and likely why this branch is often busy esp on weekends.

    Uh, I've been going to this bank for about the past decade. I've signed up for new checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, and never had a single problem. I speak only from personal experience, and whether it's going to the counter or ATMs, I have never had an issue with this bank.

    Very lazy staff . I've been waiting in the drive through. The teller gave the slip and disappeared more the 20min .I wrote this review while he still did not showed up.

    I’m giving this bank a two starts, only because there is a staff name Lisa Zheng, she is always giving me a hard time when I need notary, just like today, she told me her notary stamp is expired but she just did a notary for my friend, and it shows her license expire on 2022, this is the second times that she is giving me a hard time. I been coming to this bank all the times, I think everyone else are supper friendly expect her. There is also a time when I’m in the middle on deposits my check, and she saw her regular client, she left me there waited for 10 mins while have a long conversation with her clients.

    So my mom went to take money out and was told that a New York State licence was not a good identification and had to use the same ID's as when she opened the account. Who walks around with a pasport on hand?

    This is by far the worst TD branch that I’ve been to. I needed to get a chinese document notarized and came to this branch after being referred by the Maspeth branch that there were chinese speaking notary publics at Elmhurst branch (very friendly workers at Maspeth btw). After waiting a bit, Irena approached me and I told her what I needed. She responded with a terrible TERRIBLE attitude, and in a ridiculing tone asked me where I got that information from. She said she was not comfortable notarizing chinese documents, even though she was chinese and spoke chinese fluently, WHICH WAS FINE. But the attitude was not. Why make your customers feel humiliated with your condescending tone? I don’t know. Coming from a bank that touts their great customer service, this isn’t it. Now I understand what others have experienced here.

    literally the WORST service ever from a bank. she was rude and also was talking to another customer at the same time she was helping my daughter. My daughter came in to withdraw some money and she relatively new to this process. last time she came she loved the service, the young man that help her guided her how to fill out the withdraw form and just was enthusiastic to help her. like I had my fair share of customer service experience, I don’t believe it’s a smart move to outrightly suspect your customer as a thief especially when she provided multiple source of her identity . and considering the low reviews of this location, it’s not surprising the way the staff act and I don’t think the supervisor would be much help anyways. The woman who help her this time, I think nirmala was her name, ask my daughter for her name, ssn, and signature multiple times. this was bc she didn’t have her debit card with her. However, she did have her acc number which the staff never asked her and would have cut all this mess out. disappoint service in general

    Location, parking, appearance and layout of this TD Bank is amazing but staff don’t seem like they have enthusiasm to help the customer. They definitely need better training. Clerk who is supposed to help customer after checking in was rude and indolent. I am so glad that I was able to fix my problem at Grand Avenue TD bank site in 10 minutes on same day.

    Oh boy! We drove 15 minutes just to get a simple service. We met with store supervisor, But the store supervisor was so rude. This is not how things should be in service industry. If there was option for negative star, I would surely give.

    Worst place to be at. Doesn't value time of the customer. Closing time is 7 pm I reached at 6 30 pm but they say they are done for day.
