I had a problem with some money I deposited into the ATM. I was very frustrated with it because the amount it said that I deposited was incorrect. However, the store manager helped me get my money back even though after doing a dispute the bank said I only deposited $15 which was completely wrong. Anyways, out of frustration and worry I was rude to the assistant manager and the store manager still helped me. I don’t know the words to express my gratitude! Thank you for having empathy!! When you live paycheck to paycheck the amount might seem small but losing it really turns your life upside down.

One of the worst banks that I ever been. The manager was rude. Customer service did not provide a realistic answer to resolve my problem. The manger establishment was drastically different than other management. I Adviced to anyone go to this branch. Please do not contact with this Management discrimination is far away. The manager start screaming at me without any reason. Please Adviced this management to be polite with your customers. As a customer I need to have a good or at least a realistic improve how they treat the customer management. At this point am going to close my bank account. Checking account and saving account. In addition my credit card account. All my family I will Adviced to move from this bank. As none had the obligation to discriminate a customer for her color, accent, religion. Thank you for treat your customers this way !

TD Bank has failed to change my address a number of times so when I needed to update information or put a travel notice on my debit and credit cards, It has been a circle of asking them to update my information. Most recently, they never advised they changed their credit card hold policy and had a phone number from 8 years ago that I no longer use. I asked them to remove a hold, turns out they never did. I try again and I am told my SS is not sufficient to have it removed and I now have to go to a branch to confirm my identity. I've NEVER had to go to a branch to release a hold from my card.

TD Bank is horrible top to bottom. I got roped into it when Commerce Bank in Pennsylvania was bought out by TD. Soon not only were we no longer reimbursed for ATM fees, we paid monthly fees for having and account at all, TD took it on themselves to issue credit in our name and would over draw our account after charging us a $14 monthly fee and then charge us a $35 overdraft fee. I went to a Connecticut branch (where we'd moved) to shut down the account and they failed multiple times to do so, and each time they tried to a $35 overdraft fee (for shutting down the account!!!). It's a terrible bank that exist only to cheat it's clients out of their paychecks. Any other bank near you is probably better than Toronto-Dominion.

Do NOT use ATM. Went this morning to deposit money and in the middle of the deposit the ATM shut down. Now it has my money AND card and the bank doesn’t open until 2 more hours so I can’t resolve this. Shame on them for this non working ATM have always had problems with this location and the machine.

I really hate to give a one star. There are many good people there but... Their credit card services department has brought me to the brink and has me considering closing my business account and moving elsewhere. I accidentally forgot to make my monthly payment for my business card, so I never get an email or text or alert but started receiving spam like calls (that I know now were from TD Bank) here is a transcript of the spam calls I was getting from TD bank. "Hi this is agent 89018 with an important message for Daniel Powell please call us at......" So who in their right mind returns that call? The answer is no one. So i never connected the dots that i had forgotten to make the payment. This is the first missed payment in 10 years of doing business. My credit report is clean. After a week went by, i had received a few of these spam calls from TD bank, I realized I forgot to make a payment so I went online and made the payment. Little did i know it but my account went to collections already and they refunded my payment. I received no notification that my payment had been canceled but continued to receive spam calls from td bank After a few days when i noticed the money had not been removed from my business checking I thought maybe I overdrafted my account and went to try and pay it again. I had enough funds and made 3x the minimum payment. And that payment was refunded again, with out my knowledge, no email or text or reasonably sounding human on the phone. I made a third attempt to pay via the automated phone system, when that failed and the system automatically sent me to customer service where they told me I was in collections and couldn't make payments I have attempted to contact TD Bank credit services through their secure email section and have told them the issue. They send me back a form response saying my problem was answered and its now marked completed. For the record this issue isn't over and have not received a real response from TD bank and in case they read this I'll be opening a BBB complaint against TD bank and leaving as many reviews as i can in as many forums as I can until this problem is solved And if push comes to shove ill be taking my small business to another bank who can appreciate the fact that someone might forget to make a payment once in 10 years and not throw the book at me

Wouldn't have any stars but had to do 1 to do a review! DO NOT USE ATM! IT TOOK 400 OF MY MONEY THIS MORNING WITHOUT GIVING IT TO ME... I GO INSIDE, MANAGER SAYS THEY BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT BUT THEY ARE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO POST ON MACHINE THAT IT IS OUT OF ORDER!!!!! AFTER GOING THRU EVERY STEP TO INCLUDE HEARING IT COUNT MONEY, IT WOULD NOT OPEN WHERE MONEY SLOT DELIVERS. SHAME ON YOUR BANK FOR KNOWING IT AND STILL DOING NOTHING!!

They see me there every week and won’t cash my check the one time I don’t bring my ID. They told me they remember seeing me but don’t know me enough. Go somewhere else
