TD Bank US, Vero Beach

Absolutely disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs! There are plenty of banks out there to choose from that aren't absolutely awful like TD Bank.

This bank calls itself "the most convenient". The truth is the opposite. It's the most inconvenient bank where I lost $50 (could lose 80, but they agreed to return me 30, and that's the only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1). They have no e-mail alerts for transactions, that's why I had no idea that my debit card had been charged $5 (it was not a fraud, but I just did not know) and thus the balance fell below the $100 threshold which means $15 monthly fee instead of free. Thus I started losing money w/o knowing it and discovered it only by chance when most of my checking account money was already lost. And it was the final, but not the only problem with them. When I've opened my account there, I did it to withdraw cash during my travel overseas. I came to their office and explained them that I would go to another country and would need to access my account online w/o verification by phone because my US phone would not work there. And it appeared to be just impossible! No way to get the authentication code by e-mail - phone only, no option.

I wish u could give them 0 stars, because this bank doesn't deserve 1 star. I have lived in Boynton Beach all my life. I started using TD Bank when they moved to Boynton. I recently moved my small business up to Vero Beach. I had to transfer all my accounts up to this branch. The tellers have been real nice with my transformation. Last week I had a problem with the bank manager. She would not listen to a word I was saying. The bank manager called the police on me. She lied to the police saying that I cussed her out and ext. None of this is true. This lady has no consideration for the costumers. She should be fired immediately !!!

Absolutely the worst customer service my family has ever seen. The current manager is very rude and cold. We will never recommend TD Bank to anyone

Convenient bank on US 1 with not much to do so they have time for you! I have no idea what the other people talk about - nothing wrong here.

Always very busy, at this location. So it’s not as “convenient banking” as they say. But GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Always nice, and friendly as you walk thru the doors!

Extraordinarily inept--not even worth the one star. We have had nothing but problems at the Vero Beach TD bank branches. After this most recent debacle (teller didn't know how to do a bank check), we are changing banks.

Td. Bank is canadian bank no oven part of. Bank. Association..regulate from third. Party? Problem. Td. Put in hold u many u check. For u to over drow u account? This make still yuor. Maney. Legaly? Also. Kkeep post u transaction again and again? To charge. More. Free? Bank uman...i wrote. To bank commission. To open investigations.. Also my advice. To do not open. Any business. Or. Accaunt..the. Are better. Bank..

I misplaced my debit card Danielle and the staff were very helpful with guiding me through the steps of replacing my card. Very friendly customer service representatives.

I have been working with them over few decades. Awesome service.
