    Chrem White was very honest and not pushy. I normally dread all of the paperwork with the finance department, but it went fast and he (Mike) was very informative and also not pushy. It was a great experience as usual. I’ve been buying from Vatland Honda for the last 8 years and look forward to doing more business with them when the time comes.

    Be ware!! Who responds on reviews is very militant and will use language to make the bad reviewer look as is the bad guy. See other reviews and you will see. They lock their response and no way to respond to their response. UPDATE !! I went to Johnson Honda and was not charged or told of any diagnostics fee. Total great experience there. At Vatland, Didn’t even get to service my vehicle. I went for an oil change, tire rotation and Hybrid battery diagnostics. “”(Very Bad customer service)”” I have a new car. The kid that was checking me in was trying to tell me I have to pay 196$ to check the Hybrid battery, (is under warranty). I contested this and he tried to give me the salesman pitch blah blah blah. I told him not to do this I know what he was doing. He got upset placed/tossed his tablet down on the counter and said he would not service me because I was being rude. So, I guess if you don’t take what they give you and get charged what they want to charge you without any questions, You are rude. He said he would get someone else to help me, he would not help me, but I said “no I am leaving” and got out of there. In 20 + years of having my cars serviced never seen service this bad right at the front desk. I was a car tech and service writer before and never seen this. A customer has a right to question charges. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!! Never going back. If you have a Honda go else where. The bad part is that is the only Honda in Indian River county.

    Cristian, Our service manger has attempted to reach out to you via phone and email but you have not responded; is there a reason for your refusal to respond? There is a diagnostic fee associated with all battery type request both hybrid and standard battery systems. The good news is that many times if it is determined that it is a warranty issue the charges are covered under warranty. On more than one occasion we have vehicles that have been brought in and have found that they are not warranty issues i.e. rodent eaten wiring and other type issues. I was also told that you were very loud and rude to our employee, that obviously placed Toby on the defensive. Wouldn't you rather be told up front t about possible charges and later find out it is a warranty item.

    Bill Green is an absolutely wonderful Sales person! Sean was also wonderful with our financial details and paperwork. The sales manager, Dolly, was extremely horrible! We had an appointment at 3 pm, for which we were a little early. She placed other people in front of us for processing and caused us to sit for over 5 hours. The first person put in front of us was understandable, since we were early. We were told we were placed next in line. I bit my lip when she put a second person in front of us. The 3rd time, I was about crazy upset. She is trying to blame our Sales person for the issues, but it was her that was placing people into the final process, and it was her that kept moving us backwards. This was the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Vatland Honda, and may be the last. Luckily, the Service Department is run completely differently and we will continue to use the Service. Thank you to Bill, Sean, and Lon (Service).

    This might have been the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Sean and Josh were incredible to deal with. We negotiated the price over the phone before I even stepped foot at the dealership. Once I test drove the car, they drew up the paperwork exactly as we had agreed upon. No surprises. I would highly recommend Vatland Honda.

    I usually dread purchasing vehicles. But I must say Sean Micheal our salesman was phenomenal. He truly cared about our deal and was honest !!! He had great knowledge about our vehicle.     Friendly and caring workers. I loved the coffee/tea bar that offered cold and hot beverages while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. I would recommend Vatland to everyone. I normally go to Southeast Honda for my car services as it is 10 min closer to me but after experiencing Vatland I will I’ll now be going here.

    Took my car to have the AC system checked out. It was the first Tuesday of the month and it was Ladie's Day. While I was waiting on my service, I enjoyed treats, got my fingernails polished and my eyebrows waxed! My service representative, John, was very thorough and pleasant to work with. I didn't get my repair done because the part had to be ordered but, the time I spent at the dealership was still worthwhile. I will return to have the part installed once they receive it.

    this is definately not my first, nor my last, vehicle purchase from Vatland Honda! I've experienced first hand dealings with no pressure and been very happy with my vehicles. My salesman, Bill Green, has been with Vatland for 39 years! He is the epitomy of the southern gentleman and goes out of his way to make the customer at ease and actually listens to problems they may have. I highly recommend this dealership.

    I bought a 2022 Honda Civic from Vatland and the experience was fantastic! Sean was an awesome salesman he’s just a great guy he makes you feel like a human being not just another car deal. I loved his office with his two dogs J’Da and Kay’Ci, I commend a dealership who cares about their employees enough to let them bring the support the employees need to work! This is my 3rd Honda from this dealership it really feels like a family. I also have to give Lon in service a shout out he always remembers returning customers and he is really a genuine great guy just always making me feel like I’m the only customer there treating me as VIP no matter what I drive.     Well first thing is Hats Off to my agent Bill Green! Bill took what to me was a bit of a daunting process and made it EASY! I asked a hundred questions and he was patient to the end.     I was a new customer at Vatland because I had a service issue come up while staying in Florida for the winter. I was treated like a family member. I was personally walked to the waiting area, which is very nice, and shown around. Several employees stopped to talk to me. There is a service bar with delicious homemade cookies and beverages and the service was exceptional - better than any coffee shop. I really never have seen this type of service at a car dealership. Very happy I stopped here and will return for all my service needs.

    It is always a pleasure to work with Bill Green. He is so detailed and makes sure you understand the process, answering every question in a knowledgeable and respectful manner. His character and nature is a very friendly one, not pushy or insisting. I bought my first brand new car from Bill in 2010 (CRV) and 11 years later, he is still the same. By the way, the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming...and the chocolate chip cookies are the best. :) On a serious note, I went to a couple dealers looking to purchase a car and neither topped Vatland in regard to customer service. Thank you Bill and Vatland on a smooth purchase!

    My initial on line registered appointment which was done on a Saturday for the following Monday at 9 am was never confirmed. I still went in at 9 am and was told that the appt was never recorded. I was was still very well received and my vehicles maintenance service was completed in a timely manner.

    Vatland Honda, Vero Beach, FL is the best run operation I have had the pleasure to do business with. My father purchased a 2003 CRV. I now own it with only 107401 miles. No problems because the maintenance department is always on top of everything. No kidding. I feel as though this is my personal dealership. Recently I dropped by to have my tires checked for wear and a patch on my rear driver's side tire. They took my car to the service bay and within the promised hour they completed my request but found a recall on a part and replaced that too!! How cool is that??

    I love this place, Rick is the best service guy. He always takes excellent care of my car, He is honest and thorough and always polite. They are an excellent dealership,clean with a nice inventory of cars. everyone is nice, The coffee bar is a very nice touch with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies to enjoy while you wait for your car. I bring my car here for service and when I want a new car I also buy from here. They aim to please.

    Great experience buying our car! We have purchased many cars in our lifetime and every time we have not looked forward to the experience until just recently with Vatland. Every other car buying experience for us has been hours and hours of sitting and waiting and sitting and waiting - not at Vatland. We were in and out in under 3 hours! Our time is important to us and Vatland knows that. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend you visiting Vatland next time you are interested in purchasing a vehicle.

    I cannot share enough good things about the staff of Vatland Honda! To start, Jacques was the biggest help with me selecting the perfect car! He truly showed that he cared about his customers. Secondly, I met the two sweetest puppers while at the dealership. These pups definitely helped me feel less stressed during the whole buying process. Who couldn't use some puppy love?     I just traded in my Honda Odyssey for a brand new one. I worked with Sean in sales, and Sean in finance. They were like the dream team. I hate car dealerships. This place changed my mind. This was the easiest and most fantastic experience my family has ever had buying a car. Not only did I get an awesome deal, but I was in and out in no time, and the staff was incredible. I would refer these people in a heartbeat. I didn't feel like I was in a dealership at all. My husband even made a bet with me regarding how long I would be there because normally buying a car takes hours and hours. This was no such experience. The car and paperwork were ready for me when I got there and I was in and out in maybe a little over an hour. VATLAND Honda is very fortunate to have recruited their staff's talent.     Had appointment for oil, filter change and tire rotation….all 5 tires. I was greeted, asked about my car, etc. Car was well taken care of, as I was. Please note, that since getting my driver’s license in 1961, this is the first time I have not done routine maintenance myself. I am so pleased with the experience, that I will be coming back again.

    If you ever go there to buy a used vehicle you better beware they do not stand behind anything that they sell take it to an independent garage and have a completely looked at and inspected because any inspection that they do is not worth the paper it's written on. Not trustworthy and I do not stand behind their word ever

    Vatland Honda would not honor their "Internet Best Price". They tried to tell me it was only if you are military or recent college graduate which was not mentioned anywhere on the webpage. After hours of going back and forth, my wife and I agreed to a higher price of approximately $1500 dollars more than the price online. They sent us to lunch to think it over, they called and we agreed to come in to buy the vehicle. Halfway through gathering all of our information, the finance manager comes and sits down and asks if we like the car in any other colors because they just sold the one we already agreed to buy. The color was very specific and there were no other colors we wanted therefore we left without our new vehicle and a sour taste in our mouths once again from the whole new car buying experience. That being said, Nancy was a very good sales rep and not too pushy.

    Brennan. We are sorry you felt we did not give you a proper pricing. Our internet pricing clearly states all the disclosures and how to qualify for those rebate. Unfortunately many are not in the military and don’t qualify for that particular rebate. But none the less it’s all disclosed on our site. We would gladly do the best deal written exactly as it is.

    Our experience was great. We were greeted by our knowledgeable saleswoman. We already had researched our vehicle online and she was able to answer any of our questions. The buying stage was easy and pressure free. They completed our paperwork and we were on our way with our new Honda. The vehicle was clean and our saleswoman made sure we were familiar with our vehicles functions. Our phone was also paired before we left.

    Second time going there with no assistance. I made an appointment and showed up early. Walked into one office, he sent me to my service rep. He was on the phone, so as a courtesy, I waited outside the office. He finished his call and walked past me, I thought I was next. A person did asked me to help,, while I was waiting for him to finish his call. Had I known I was going to be ignored, I would have taken it. Once he started helping the other customer, nobody offered assistance. AGAIN SECOND TIME IN A YEAR. I DO NOT KNOW WHIS IS GIVING POSITIVE RATINGS. The manager did call with excuses. No excuses for poor customer service. The VET does not recommend them.

Our service manager actually called you before or just at your appointment time and you had left the premises.     I have bought two cars from Vatland and have been getting my cars serviced here for many years with John who has always been exceptional. Today I had a concern that needed to be addressed immediately and I was assigned Dylan as my advisor. He was great to work with and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. While they didn’t end up doing the work on my car today, they were quick to diagnose, reached out to Acura and ensured the work would be covered under warranty and got me out quickly so that I could make it down to the other dealership to get the work done! Great customer service all the way around!

    I needed a spare key made and programmed for my Honda. Service was fast and super attentive. They did a free full inspection of my car as well; I must admit, I was waiting for the "We found some issues that need attention" speech followed by a hard sell, but there was nothing of the sort. They did point out that my front brakes were getting low, of which I was already aware, but there was no pushy sales talk about having them replaced at Vatland. I would not hesitate to recommend their service department.

    Outstanding customer service! I reached out to a total of 5 dealerships to lease a Pilot. I had expressed that I wanted to do the deal from home.     The BEST car buying experience we have ever had! My husband and I went to Vatland with the intention of buying a Honda Civic Hatchback. Bill Green, our salesman, showed us the car, and we test drove it. We weren’t sure about that one, so we asked to test drive a sedan, then a sedan EX-L, then a touring. Some of them we test drove twice. Bill was so kind and happy during our decision making process - 4 hours later we chose the touring. Bill is also very knowledgeable about all of the features of all the vehicles that he will explain EVERYTHING to you. He is an excellent “Teacher of Cars”. We could tell that Bill really enjoys his job. We would highly recommend Vatland Honda and Bill to anyone looking for a vehicle. We purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Touring with no markup added to the price. We visited other Honda dealers in our county and they were marking up the 2022 vehicles $3000 - $3500 on top of the MSRP. Vatland doesn’t do that, and that was a big plus to us, so we traveled outside of our county to purchase this vehicle.

    I never go online to write reviews but absolutely could not pass up this opportunity. My wife and I were in the market for a new car for her as her lease with KIA was coming to an end. This is the first time my wife ever had to purchase a car. After spending a full week going to dealership after dealership and receiving nothing but deceit and headaches, I finally decided to go to Vatland Honda, where I had purchased my Civic 4 years ago. We were fortunate enough to do business with Chrem White. I would first like to say that Chrem is a rare gem in the auto industry as she is EXTREMELY honest and so nice and she does a great job of calming nerves and easing the anxiety that comes with purchasing a new vehicle. Aside from that, she is genuinely a wonderful human being. She suggested we sell back our lease to Kia (which made us some extra money that we used as a down payment) and as soon as we came back, her and Sean had us in and out of there in our brand new 2022 HR-V in no time, along with a great deal and interest rate! Chrem and Sean are perfect examples of what every person who works in auto sales should strive to be: Friendly, honest, and professional. We have had back to back excellent experiences with Vatland Honda who never disappoint, never deceive, and always find the best deal possible for their customers.     I'm not leaving the forthcoming review in return for compensation of any kind, nor do I hold any stake in those companies I mention. First time customer with Vatland Honda having standard services performed (oil change, tire rotation). Overall the experience was pretty good. I was met by a couple employees in the service registration area, but ultimately John was the individual who helped me during the entirety of my visit, explaining every step along the way. The service didn't take very long, having been completed in under sixty minutes. I will be returning for a couple recalls that need to be completed, but beyond that, based on my first experience, I will continue having my car serviced with Vatland.

    Met Mike at Vatland Honda to discuss purchase of a New Honda Civic. Fortunately their was a 2021 Civic Hatchback had just arrived. We went for a ride and I knew immediately this would be the car I wanted to purchase. After the test drive we immediately sat down to discuss price with options on this car. Mike was thorough. After he had a brief discussion with his manager I quickly agreed to the purchase price. He started the official purchase paperwork. Mike was very thorough, going over all questions needed to complete the transaction and registration so I could drive home that evening. I never felt rushed or pressured about “purchasing extras”. He explained all the features, warranties and extended warranties. To summarize, he made this purchase low stress. And happy to report I love the car! Carol Roy

    I recently brought me 2022 Honda Civic in to receive my second key fob. The service staff was 5 star from the time i pulled in. There was a service tech to greet me before i even got out my car. Everyone i dealt with was pleasant, professional and just made it a pleasant experience overall. Vatland knows the importance of customer service and has nailed it in every aspect from internet inquiries to sales to service. One of the techs said to me "the customer is the most important part of what we do" and it shows in every department. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

    Well to start. They lured us in with a veterans day sale. But of course we find out that there is no sale. They just put a fancy name to lure us veterans. Seems a little like a bait and switch tactic to me. We buy a car anyway but the dealer said there wasn't anyone to give us insurance because it was Sunday or something to that matter. So they let us leave the lot with no insurance. My gf (not knowing better since it was her FIRST time) listened to progressive and chose whatever package they said was best. So over some she loved the vehicle untill she was in a bad accident with our unborn child. It was close. But they are ok. It turns out.... We couldn't use gap insurance because we didn't have the full coverage. So long story short... Because they needed to make a sale and didn't really care how... We ended up paying 14k on a vehicle that we didn't even have anymore. They wouldn't even help the slightest bit. All they did was point the finger and say it wasn't there fault. I guess it was ultimately our responsibility but I feel taken advantage of. Especially since I'm a disabled veteran with a fixed income. It wasn't easy for us also with a child coming into this world. Thanks for nothing Honda. Oh and the loan was accelerated so they needed it all upfront

    I always have a pleasant experience with the service center here. Usually, they are able to get me on the day of & if not, they will help me make an appointment that works with my schedule. I am always helped right away when I arrive & am told everything that will be done to the car before I sign anything. If I have questions, they always take the time to explain the process to me. I appreciate their staff's attention to detail & kindness. I have had especially great service with Jarrod, Hannah, & Mills. They have personally been so helpful - answering any & all questions I have.     In my 55 years of buying cars, never, never have I been so blessed with the outstanding service experience as I had with my Salesman Michael. He spent from 1030am until close to 400pm showing and explaining features of each auto I thought I was interested in. I walked in very anxious, dreading what was ahead of me. It was so good having only one extremely experienced person with me in and out of the office; relieved not having some meddling manager inquiring on every thing being done and success thereto, during the appointment. I have experienced that way too often in past dealerships. I walked out very happy ready to driven my new Honda CRV Touring, 2021 home.     Didn’t purchase my vehicle through them, but it is a Honda van. Contacted me in the mail about some recalls. I called and set up for appointments to have them fix it was easy. Dropped it off and they kept in contact with me about needing 1 more hour. Offered a free rental, but I didn’t need it. Did a free complimentary check through on the whole van. Gave me a list of repairs and fixes I need, and let me know every detail. Hannah was so friendly and sweet. I LOVED doing business with them! Highly recommend vatland Honda on us 1. Speak with Hannah in services department! The mechanic was wonderful as well!
