TD Bank Walt Whitman Rd, Melville

Truly saddening and horrible customer service. Everyone in the bank acts irritated and annoyed when a customer needs help. Very mean, rude, judgmental and overall seems like w toxic environment. I walk into this bank to make deposits and immediately feel anxious because of how rude and disgusting the manager and tellers treat people. They don’t own up to their mistakes either and will always place blame on the customer meanwhile THEY are the ones who are trained to work at a bank. Please don’t bank here , I’m begging you

I've talk with one of the employees on the phone from that branch, I'm not sure if she was the manager or not. But she were sounding so rude and disrespectful on that phone and kept saying bye while I'm speaking, that is so crazy. Corporate need to listen to all employees recording calls from that branch so they can learn how to talk to customer because that is so unprofessional and should take action seriously.

The absolute worst bank I have ever experienced. Absurd business practices and abhorrent management make this branch the absolute bottom of the barrel. Lied to by tellers, repeatedly hung up on when calling in, and managers that hide behind glass instead of rectifying issues. The amount of time wasted at this branch is absolutely absurd and Miki DeMatteo and Chris Monroe are of ZERO help. Save your time and bank elsewhere!

Management wouldnt let me close my unused acct w a balance because i had moved out of state and had changed my ID.. asking for old ID when DMV confiscates it to receive a new one. Ppl here are absurd..

Placed a 7 day hold on my check and would not give me a reason why. Couldnt pay my employees. Thanks a lot TD bank melville.

Came to deposit a check for my dad and honestly best banking experience ever. So nice ! And I got a tote bag. Give these ladies a raise!

Stopped in to the melville branch today and was helped by Miki DeMatteo. She was extremely helpful opening a new account for my business. East to deal with, answered all of my question and the process was very smooth. They really made me feel comfortable and they now have my business!

BAD SERVICE, DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK , THEY NEVER SOLVE ANY PROBLEM, THEY LIE TO THEIR COSTUMER. TD BANK'S WORKER NEVER HAVE ANY EXPLANATION. THE COSTUMER ALWAYS IS RIGHT DOESN'T APPLY WITH THEM. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST IN COURTNEY AND CHRISTOPHER. THEY LOOK LIKE SO FRIENDLY BUT NEVER RESOLVE ANY INCONVENIENCE.... THEY ALWAYS WILL SAY " SORRY YOU HAVE TO PAY" IM TIRED TO RECEIVE SURPRISES FROM THIS BANK AND ALWAYS IS PROBLEM OF THE COSTUMER, I DONT KNOW WHY WE DEPOSIT OUR MONEY IN A BANK IF IT IS NO SECURE. ALSO THEY NEVER EXPLAIN THE TERMS AND CONDITION AND AFTER A PROBLEM OR SITUATION, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE CONSEQUENCES. AGAIN PEOPLE DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK YOUR MONEY WONT BE SAFE THERE AND WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WONT DO ANYTHING. THEY STAFF DONT RECEIVE THE APPROPRIATE TRAINING, I WAS VICTIM OF AND FRAUD AND THE PERSON WHO RECEIVED THE CHECK DIDN'T REALIZE ANYTHING AND WHEN I WENT TO THE POLICE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD TO BE RESPONSIBLE WITH THAT, BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO CHECK AND REVIEW EVERYTHING TRANSACTION BEFORE ANY FRAUD HAPPEN.

Some of the funniest and genuinely nice staff I ever met. The atmosphere is very welcoming and professional.
