The staff is AWESOME. No matter how short staffed they are, it never changes their people skills. You leave feeling like family ☺️☺️

TD Bank customers service do mistakes that cost you a lot. I deposited a check with value of $6,000 for the first time after I moved to MA. They cancelled my deposit after 3 days without even telling me. I knew that 3 weeks later after I checked my account online. They claimed the address on the check is not the same current address. They are still holding my check, although I sent them all documents they asked for to prove that my address has been changed. Now I have to cancel the check and asked my company to send me a new one. I don't want to talk about other mistakes happen at different branch when I transferred money to different banks. Be careful when you deal with TD Bank.

Terrible customer service from the tellers all the way up to the managers. They could not reslove any of my banking issues that were caused by their ATM's "technical difficulties". They were rude and ignorant. Never returned any of the "promised" returned phone calls. I'd call and they'd leave me on hold for a long period of time. wouldnt give me the name of the manager. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I have been coming here for years, everyone's always nice, never had a problem, they even helped me start my business, I have never seen a reason to complain. I saw the other reviews and I noticed that they didn't accurately reflect TD bank in Quincy.

In Preface, I have been with TD for over 6 years. This review is in no way indicative of my thoughts on TD Bank as a whole, rather my first and subsequently will be my ONLY experience with this branch. I went into the Bank this morning 11/15/15 to cash a ADP certified Paycheck. A practice I am able to perform on a regular basis at all TD Bank locations, having done so frequently I expected there to be no issue. I spoke with a gentleman representative who told me I could not do so. I told him that this is a standard practice and I can in fact cash a certified Bank ADP paycheck. Again he told me that I could not and I would have to provide a corporate letter that proved this was an allowable action. Obviously upset and equally inconvenienced I left and went to another branch and performed this task without issue whatsoever. For the following reasons I will NEVER go to this branch again: -It fosters an environment where there is no precedent of accountability for the tellers and representatives to understand the banking practices within the company for whom they work. -Secondly why in any circumstance would the customer have to provide anything from the company to an employee proving what can and can't be done? The burden of proof does not fall back on the customer, rather the employee. If an employee does not know, they have the responsibility; neigh the duty to find out definitively before dismissing a customer's request and forcing them to find out on their own.

The TD Branch located at Adams St in Quincy Ma. Is by far my worst business experience ever encountered at a TD Bank Branch. Reminder, TD Bank has a catchphrase as AMERICA'S MOST CONVENIENT BANK, (JUST NOT AT THIS BRANCH). To be fair and clear, I have had great business experiences at TD Banks in other communities and other states I have visited, all my encounters were professionally addressed by TD bank professionals that were really there to facilitate business and make the business that was to be conduct convenient for the customer. On 5/18/19 @ approximately 1:00 PM, I walked into the Adams St. TD Branch in Quincy MA. with my brother, sister and mother to open 2 checking accounts. We were met by 2 Representatives of TD Bank behind desks on the left side of the interior of the building. So far...So good, I greet them and told them that we are here to open 2 accounts. The TD representatives smiled and looked at one another then proceed to sit down with the 2 individuals and begin the paperwork process of opening an account. A very short time into the process their was some confusion between Shannon Davis Senior Customer Service Representative and my brother that required I get involved, Shannon did absolutely nothing to assist in settling the confusion over the opening of the checking account but rather made the matter worse when she acted in such a way that disrupted the opening of the checking account which was nearly canceled. Shannon insistenced before an account is open the individual sitting in front of her must agree to open the account, precisely why we were their. Shannon insistenced I provided private information that was confidently between my brother and I before the account was open, the questions she was asking were frankly none of her business. The bottom line was my brother and I were at the branch to open an account, which after a lot of unnecessary stress and hassle was eventually completed. That leads to the other TD Bank Representative, TARA Sullivan, Financial Associate, who was helping my sister to open an account. This individual acted less then a TD Bank professional and obviously does not prescribe to TD Banks " America's Most Convenient Bank" as stated on every business card TD Bank has at every branch in America. When I asked my sister for account paperwork Ms. Sullivan thought I was talking to her and stated "I cannot give that to you without her permission" It's not what she said, it was how she said it that I took except with. The branch manager did not come over during the opening of these accounts. Lastly, at the completion of the opening of the accounts neither TD Bank Representative could provide a TD Bank folder to either customer or myself, I had provided the TD Folders that were provided to me from another branch. In closing, the TD Bank Branch located on Adams St in Quincy Ma. IS A VERY POORLY RUN BRANCH FROM THE MANAGER DOWN TO THE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES. Judging from the poor reviews this branch has had TD Bank Corporate Office and the Board of Directors may want to consider closing the Adams St Quincy Ma. branch or at the very least send all employees to mandatory retraining with heavy emphasis on AMERICA'S MOST CONVENIENT BANK. I will never revisit this branch again!

I'm surprised the reviews are so low. I have had fantastic customer help at this bank. They were even open in the midst of a huge snowstorm and were welcoming and friendly when I walked in. Really fantastic people who work here, and incredibly professional.

I go here every weekend to make a transaction. It's the closest branch, sadly, from Southie that has parking. The staff is always great by being friendly and fast. Even though I no longer close to a TD branch, I will never leave there.

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins that's where I'm writing your review in your drive thru how pathetic is that and to top it off my mother inlaw had to get out of the car to go into the bank how professional is that they either need new help or a new Bank manager because someone is not doing there job bad service and no customer service at all thinking of taking my business elsewhere where it's appreciated
