Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Adams St, Quincy

Not sure what these other reviews are talking about, our teller was so friendly and helpful, even asking about our trip! Great, clean location.

I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly but I just wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU to the manager Talita for taking the time to help me in my situation. She is very professional and also took the time to check on me afterwards by calling me. Once again thank you very much. 🙏🏽

My daughter just opened an account. After two days she could not access her account. When she went to the bank they told her it was closed, but did not know why. Then just gave her a number to call. She has a lot of money that is now in limbo. Holiday weekend and No help at all. Terrible customer service.

Had a pleasant experience opening an account at this location. This branch is quiet and roomy with ample parking unlike the horrifically busy and small Wollaston branch.

I went to the bank on Saturday morning walked in walked up to a representative and asked her where do i need to go to speak to someone about a temp card the lady bearly looked me and said just sit down and someone will call you when they are available so i sat there for a half hour then other customers that came in after me was starting to be called so finally a representative came out to get somebody else so i asked him when will i be seen because i been here longer than all these people so then he said did you put you put your name on the list i said no i dont know of any list the lady just told me to sit down . so he said just go and put my name on the list and someone will call me. At that ppint i asked to speak to the manager and he was just as rude as the other people i spoke with. At that point i asked for coorperates number and he refused to give it to me. I really feel like i was treated so poorly because of the color of my skin and why i say so is because everyone that came in was white i was the only african american in there. I was very humiliated and disrespected in such a manner i would never do business with bank of america again.

Went today. They closed today. July 8 Friday. Adams street quincy has horrible hours no Saturday hours.

Had wonderful service from Liri, her associate, and her manager. I had neglected to make an appointment, but they took me anyway. (Make an appointment though if you need to go!)

If possible to give this branch Zero stars I would. As someone who has worked in the banking industry for several years, I have to say this is the hands down most unfriendly and unhelpful teller line I have ever come across. Being short and non engaging with customers is one thing. Being downright rude and refusing to help is another. I am offended by how unhelpful and unwilling to provide any sort of solution the tellers were, and all I wanted to do was make a deposit to someones account whos numbers I wasnt sure about. So thankful I dont have this pitiful excuse for a bank and rarely use this banking center. No wonder BoA has a horrible reputation. You hire horrible people.

Worst branch in Massachusetts. I have tried to conduct business at this location many times and there's always an issue. Either the "we're closed... the system was down" or they place a construction cone in the drive thru to make you go inside for your transaction. They also close at before 4 sometimes... all set. I'm opening a Rockland Trust account. Bye bye BOA.

Tried to get some paperwork notarized, went through the most difficult process. 45 minutes later, didn’t even get the document notarized. Went else where- in and out in less than 5 minutes. Don’t come here.
