TD Bank Sproul Rd, Broomall

Do NOT use the drive thru at the Broomall branch. Do NOT let RJ help you with anything. A few months ago he returned my license to the woman in the next lane. Thankfully, she returned it and didn't drive off with it. Today he gave my debit card to someone else. The bank workers and manager showed no concern. I've had so many incidents with this branch even before the pandemic.

Terrible experience. I have been a member of TD bank for over 10 years and wanted to make a deposit through the drive through today. I had my bank card Along with my account number but the woman said without a photo ID I could not make a deposit. She then stated that I could go to the ATM and deposit the money ($8000) that way, which could potentially be very dangerous considering the amount of money in question. I don’t understand how you aren’t allowed to deposit money at the drive through without ID but can do so without one at the ATM while other people in line are staring at you depositing all this money. Very unprofessional and unsafe. I went to the TD bank in Havertown and they were more than happy to help me and told me that they should have taken care of you at the drive through considering the amount of money in question. Avoid the Springfield branch at all costs they seem to not know what their own policies and procedures are nor do they care about the safety of their customers.

WORST BACK EVER!!! Not convenient at all!!! They charged me a large fee for rejecting my transfer to myself from another bank due to my middle name being in the transfer form but not in my td account, even though they have a copy of my full information they could have checked. Horrible. Accounts closed!!!

This is the most unhelpful location ever. Almost made me leave the bank as a loyal customer for over 20 years. Stay far away. The branch manager particularly has an entitled attitude

I cashed a check & was short changed. I counted the money just as I was pulling out so I backed up & told them what they did. He gave me the rest of my money without saying a word!

I don't usually like to write reviews, but this time I really feel that I should give a 5-star review to "TD Bank in Lawrence Park", not only because it is the best branch in the area, but also because of the employees. They ALWAYS give a warm Welcome to EVERYONE coming in the store. Tellers, Customer Reps & especially the branch manager Danianne are very helpful, really fast and quick, very professional. They are absolutely knowledgeable about every transaction. This is a well deserved 5 star review. I love to bank here... ( Honestly, when I read some of the reviews here, I don't understand how you can not give the best review to this branch!!! Unbelievable....)

Fast and courteous service. I have never had a problem at this location. So far have loved everything they have to offer.

Financial Service Representative Dale M. was completely magnificent, she solved for me a persisting and frustrating issue within minutes of my visit. I am satisfied with my experiences at TD Bank in general, over and over again they prove themselves consistent and competent no matter the locations. Thank you TD.

I'm surprised by the comments I've read, the TD Bank and this branch have always been very professional. The fee's they charge seem in line with other banks, there will always be the odd teller, on occasion, but it has always been the exception.

The associates are not polite at all at this branch. If you have any questions about your money or your account don't go to this branch.
