TD Bank Cowpath Rd, Hatfield

These past reviews seem to just be a case of sour people going after one bank. Customer service is never the easiest but I’ve used this bank for the past year and found nothing but great costumer service, I took a visit a couple weeks ago to change a card and while waiting was greeted by a manager and had a nice conversation, and was quickly assisted by another manager. The really skinny lady there is always rude. If she hates working there so much she should be removed. I even let people in front of me if knowing she’s going to be the one to help me. And when I have no choice to work with her I can’t even understand what she says.And she gets mad at me because ask for the manager because I can’t understand what she’s saying . I even told the manager a bunch of times about her. That skinny lady that I can’t understand would be 100% the reason why I’m transferring all my accounts to a different Bank. Oh another thing TD Business accounts charge a fee every month to have a account with them. Just putting that out there .

They always take their time to help my father out who doesn't speak English quite that well. They always give my father a warm welcome. The staff is amazing and will always go above and beyond. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work.

Been a customer since this place opened. Service depends on the person helping you. You get one answer from one person, then a different answer from someone else. We stay for the convenience, but it's just an average bank with a drive through.

Horrible branch, wasted my time and money on a refinance opportunity. They were so willing to agree they could help finance our addition and our house for a great rate. When it came down to the last week of the month, all sudden terms were changed. Wasted $400 for a house appraisal (costs $200 elsewhere). And I had to pay $200 for a credit report, all of these are non refundable. I highly recommend going to a differenr bank. Do not waste your time or money wit this bank. The bank was so urgent on talking and taking my money, but when it came down to working with us, they had the attitude that they truly did not care...

I waited in the drive-through behind one car for 20 minutes. By the time I got to the window my baby was screaming and I couldn’t even hear The teller. Then I asked her if I could have $20 in quarters for a change for a $20 bill and I was told that I had to be a customer in order for that to happen. I do have a TD bank account. I didn’t bring my card with. Overall I got the quarters and was told it was a “courtesy” and she didn’t have to do it. That’s why I have a Wells Fargo account as well. I’ve never had bad service with them. TD bank is a joke. It’s like a starter bank.

I cash my paychecks here and it takes an hour. They need so much information like when the last time I cashed a check was. I go to QNB and it takes 5 mins, please tell me why TD takes me an hour to cash a check?

I waited almost an hour to see someone horrible service.

I have worked with many banks over the years. Some good, most not. TDBank ranks among the very worst. From bait and switch with their promotions to a refusal to offer good customer service to ridiculous wait times and a lack of basic banking and security understanding by their employees. I will not be banking with TDBank in the future.

I’ve only had continuous poor service provided by the employees. I’ve received incorrect information that when I have followed cost me money in fees, I’ve had poor attitudes from the staff and felt less support in times of need when I needed the most support.
