TD Bank S Highland Ave, Ossining

If it wasn’t for the long hours I wouldn’t use this branch. Customer service is no where near other branches or banks. They always want to rush you in and out.

The employees were attentive. I took out one star because the employee couldn't log in to their site to give me an account verification letter.

John Stylianou and the great folks at TD Bank of Ossining are wonderful. I don't gush about bankers that easily, but working with TD and John has been a great experience--whether getting a homeowner's loan, commercial refinancing, or just about anything bank related, John has been most responsive and thorough.

Efficient and always helpful. The manager John is super friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very good customer service.

Bad customer service inside TD bank!!!!

Such a disappointing experience at this branch, in fact it’s so disgusting how I was treated I ended up personally closing my account. Diane Adams unfortunately gave TD BANK an extremely bad reputation at this branch, she had racially profiled me, when i was simply coming in for a simple bank verification letter. Diane made it her job to not only dismiss my need of assistance but also threatened to call the police on me since I decided to wait to speak to her since another client was in front of her. I have NEVER been treated like this & im writing this review to make it aware that If u have experienced this same situation at this branch or this bank alone please reach out to corporate & make it a point to NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN.

As a CPA, I need to deal with banks all the time. With John at TD bank, I deal with him regarding my clients but also as the banker for my firm. He is very hands on with his customers and the clients I refer to him. As the store manager, he could just pass the referrals to an employee. But he looks at each new prospective customer as important as any other. He even gives out his cell phone number on his card. They are open 7 days a week. John has the ability to get your accounts open quickly, get loans processed, sign you up for merchant services or handle any other banking needs. The business and home equity lines of credit are the easiest to apply for with limited documentation and cost. Mike Blick, CPA
