TD Bank Valley Rd, Wayne

I've been coming to this bank for 5 years. Extremely friendly, efficient, professional, excellent customer-service. I would like to personally thank Steve in customer-service and Jose the manager for their kindness. The bank manager Neal is extremely helpful, kind and so professional. I wish all the staff a very pleasant day.

It's a bank but doesn't have enough large bills even when you call ahead. Then the teller comes out from another room and doesn't even count it, hands it over all annoyed. Such a pleasant experience.

I understand now why the reviews are so low. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. If you can try avoiding this location a minimum simple transaction can turn into a headeche just because ther representatives have zero skills on management. The cashier Edson in specific needs some manner skills, costumer service 101 and even some respect and education for costumers.

I had t stay and wait while they count $3.47 change in coins for 30 min. Back in 18th Century when bankers counted by hands. Welcome back to ancient bank!

Very nice people in this bank, everyone is so friendly. They have a free parking lot, i suggest everyone most go there. Thanks Mr. Brain for helped us.

I use an ATM very infrequently say once a week and I'm pretty surprised by the amount of times I got o use an ATM and it's not working or being serviced, then I look up at the stupid slogan "America's Most Convenient Bank" I stopped by this bank during my lunch hour to use the ATM, and someone was working on the ATM so I went inside and filled out a withdrawal slip. I asked the teller "what's wrong w/ the ATM, did it break" she says "Someone is filling it with more money" Why do that during lunch when people are mostly likely to want to use an ATM during their lunch breaks as I did. Tired of this bank in general from stuff not working, to being gauged last week for fees.

Went to TD Bank on Valley Road Wayne NJ on July 14, 2018 to cash a check. I dealt with the teller Michael L first of all I ended up waiting online for more then 10 minutes, didn't even apologize for the wait. MICHAEL L DID NOT WEAR A NAME TAG Michael L. Was extremely nasty. Acted very disrespectful to me also. After I was done he didn't ask me if there is anything else he can do for me, didn't say have a nice day either. Didn't even say good bye. He threw the money that was cashed at me, then I said thank you to him and he said your welcome in a very nasty manner. I can not wait to speak, the branch manager, the district manager and corporate about Michael L from TD Bank on Valley Road in Wayne NJ.

Open a business acct in Montclair, and very nice people there. Unfortunately I was in the Wayne area and needed to open up another business acct. With my experience with Sarina, I will have to close both accounts and take money elsewhere. Already close 1 account. Now will close the other 2. What a disaster. So much for convenience.

Watch out for Niel doesn’t care about helping customers and rude

Do not go to this bank!!!!! I came to this bank to notarize some documents and open an account. The notary person was so rude and unprofessional, that I had to leave without opening an account or notarizing. Horrible services, unprofessional staff.
