After previous bad experiences with other mortgage, working with Ali and Jessica was the best experience to buy our first house. They are responsible, proactive, and very fast in their work.

Had a very bad experience with Ali. He was not informative and failed to explain everything to us. He never once took into consideration what we could not afford, but instead put us into a house with a high interest rate. We told him that the interest was high but he would not allow us out of the deal. He threatened us all the way until the end and made the entire experience dreadful. He was constantly rude towards my son, lawyer, and the paralegal. He tricked us into this contract and because of our lack of knowledge he immediately had us signing things because we believed that the payments and interest rate would be feasible but that was not the case. We trusted our lawyer too but he said every time he made attempts to talk to Ali he was rude to him too. During closing the title person told us we still could get out but of the contract but the lawyer told her that we couldn't and said it could lead to a big lawsuit. I'm not sure about that either. Why would the title person who was quite knowledgeable of everything say this and gave examples of how a guy got out of his. So I also question my lawyer. Be care who you pick for the loan and your lawyer. They threatened us after one signing of this bogus contract and even then they kept going up on everything. We had to fight them to stop raising the interest rate. If someone tells you that they can't afford it then why put them into something they can't afford and why would a company want to lend you so much to lose. I know we signed but it was a different number, then things began to change. I would never trust another person like Ali and would strongly advise all to beware of this character. He is pure evil and cannot be trusted. A lesson learned and we will see this through the grace of God who is on our side. But BEWARE of Ali and Alterra Homes Loan. Don't do business with them.
