I’ve been a customer of TD for over a decade. This location has zero customer service and makes no effort to assist regardless of how easy it’d be for them.

Terrible and unknowledgeable staff. Would not let me cash a TD issued check for $200 because I did not have 3 forms of ID and my debit card was not signed. Wasted 15 minutes standing in line. However, the teller was very adamant I should switch banks to them. HAHAHA no thank you after that experience.

"America's most convenient bank"... this is hands down the worst bank ever. Go sign up with a local credit union.

Terrible customer service. Went there 2 times to do a domestic wire and there were no one available to do it. Moving to other bank very soon!

Went in for 3 rolls of quarters and was told I could only have 1. They said that the government was short staffed so they could not roll coins.

I've never laughed so hard in a bank before. The women behind the counter (Paige I believe) was a delight to work with and provided everything I needed in a timely, and hysterical manner. Thank you for making my trip to the bank a fun one.
