Ashley has been wonderful. Claudia ? regularly threatens to tamper with/return packages that don’t fit into the mailbox. She will call you at 2 pm on Friday demanding you pick up your package immediately in a threatening manner and hangs up on you. Not customer friendly at all. Not considerate of the fact that people are paying for a mailbox for a reason.

Please train Tammy from your Westbrook location more properly, she refused to service me with cashing a check today because she couldn’t find me in the system, instead I was able to go to the location on St. John street and the gentleman, took the time to properly put me in the system and cash my check. Tammy simply said she wasn’t able to find me so she couldn’t help because the bank was closed. Poor poor customer service. People are struggling more than ever right now and she was very quick to turn me away instead of taking the time to assist me. There were no other customers in the building, they did close at 4 however, I was in there at 3:15, so maybe she just wanted to get out of there. Who knows. Avoid this location at all costs

Just because you speak good English you are not special! you don't have to act ignorant to people who speaks little English. The supervisors are mean, very poor customer service skills. Just be patient and learn how to explain your service to your customers.

Back to the biddeford location. Never had a problem in years down there. First 2 times using this place people dont know what theyre doing. This place sucks.

This place was the worst place I ever send money they workers are really bad especially theirs supervisors she is really mean and racist if People whom they didn't brith in USA it doesn't mean that be racist to them and don't solve their problems i don't want to go again there 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Terrible customer service, I was in there around 3ish today and the female employees treat people in their like garbage. People go their like myself to cash checks not to be cross examined. I caught the white women & Asian women discriminating against customers who are not able to fully speak English perfectly & lieing to the people regarding store policy to get out of having to cash their checks. Sense they were to buisy talking and texting

I have been going there for 12 years and i want to say everyone there especially Ashley are very pleasant and very helpful. They always make sure your all set before leaving!!

Love the people who work there they have helped me our more ways than one ..
