TD Bank Broadway, Newburgh

Always a problem here. LONG drive thru with incompetent personnel. They won't deposit a government check without all kinds of ID and bank card. I put # on the check, but no... im not asking to cash... and God forbid you don't have a deposit slip, I put acct # on the back, but they won't look it up... ABSURD.

I've always had great service at this branch. Customer service has gone out of their way to help. Tellers are always friendly and helpful.

In a rush so I figured I'd use the ATM to withdraw money. Of course the ATM is out of service. I go to the drive thru perfect no cars are waiting in line. I wait at the window for ten minutes no one even acknowledges that I'm there. The bank is not crowded no one is on line so what is takung so long? why can't someone even acknowledge that I'm there?? I go into the bank to express my frustration and the customer service rep tells me she can give me a withdrawal slip so I can wait on line to withdraw money.... wow thank you! Thank goodness they are not my main bank...

Don't ever get a secured credit card from these crooks. You make a payment on it they hold your money for 10 days until they apply it to your credit card. And when you use their credit card your credit rating goes down!

Nice personality the staff give you direction and there to assist as professionals should do by giving you the right information or referring you. Very knowledgeable.

Brian M. the branch manager was extremely helpful in sorting out my bank account when I was in a jam. Even before my issue, going into the branch was always pleasant and efficient. They always deliver great customer service.

The people at this branch are very good, attentive, and friendly. The mothership bank's online technologies and services were once a disaster: they have revamped and while its much better, there still room for improvement. Upgrade from 3 to 4 stars.

Worst TD BANK I've ever been too. I'm currently sitting inside this location waiting for the last 45 minutes to get a new debit card. They have two tellers working and only one person in this place is capable of issuing a new debit card! A group of thugs have been standing in here making a scene the entire time I've been and they have said nothing to them. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! Td bank should be embarrassed

Clean, modern looking bank. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Zoe who always greets you with a big smile!

Nice branch. I wish they did not remove the Fishkill location. I also wish they did not remove the coin counter. People are always nice.
