Chase Bank Auto Park Pl, Newburgh

Our staff has gone to this bank to get documents notarized and we are consistently witnessing terrible customer service. Staff is rude and impatient with guests. An older woman was struggling with the ATM and instead of being helped kindly she was spoken down to in a condescending and demoralizing way. Simply put they are acting mean to customers for no good reason. Bank is always empty yet it takes a very long time to be helped. This is the only chase bank I've had a terrible experience with

i have ben a client from chase since it was bank ny over 20 years the bank on 17k in newburgh use to be real help full to get things going to help your company along but now that branch is no good at all .people on phone when they do answer are snotty like you are bothing them with questions. its like her is your coat and hat was is your hurry i no i aint the biggest company with them but dont need to be treated like left overs need help and they just push it along phone numbers that dont work or the the old ill have some one call you back it is sad

Tried to open an account. Waited for a while, finally asked one of the associate how long should I wait longer. She said 15-20 minutes, check with someone who is with a customer already. I had to drive to the other location then, her answer was a bit frustrating. I got an immediate attention in the other branch and got the job done in no time. I will not consider this location for more than using an atm machine. I do not like their drive thru either, for some reaon, it takes a lot longer than just walking in.

Worst bank ever!!! ATMs never work, bank stole my money and has no remorse. Called India or Malaysia to find out where my money is ???? Terrible customer service Don’t bank here, seriously use any other bank.

OMG well i’ve never written a review before because, who cares about our opinions anyway right? lol but I have to share I had the worst experience of my entire 15 years banking with Chase here… obnoxiously rude woman refused to notarize something (process takes literally 1 minute) for my mother and I because I SLID my ID to her… after exchanging some words due to my intolerance to her aggressive attitude towards my mother and myself, she then asked her coworker to come over and speak to me, and the coworker responded “oh you want me to get into this”??.. as if there was a schoolyard fight breaking out LOL something out of middle school!! I have had my fair share of bad days working in restaurants, none of us are perfect, but this was seriously horrendous behavior.. Something i’ve learned is we don’t get paid to take our inner aggression out on the customers we serve, and negativity should earn you NOTHING

I was a bit frustrated with the service in this branch. I went to this Chase bank on Saturday around 12:45 pm. I cashed a money order at the window, which was quick. However, I wanted to see a notary and I waited almost 30 min. to speak to someone. There were 3 other people waiting with me and one lady who was there waiting also left, venting her frustration under her breath. I ended up leaving because I had other errands to run. Before I left, one gentleman came out from behind his desk, looked at all of us sitting, went to the cashier window, and spoke to the women there. He, then, walked back, looked at the 3 of us sitting and then proceeded out of the door. That is when I decided to leave. As I stood up, two other gentlemen, in the cubicles, turned to look at me and said nothing. I walked out. This is the most unfriendly, slowest, impersonal Chase bank. The ladies at the window were also not cordial. This surprised me because I have favored Chase bank for its friendly and prompt service. I have also been a member for over 15 or so. The bank on a Route 9w, in Newburgh, NY, near 84, is much better. The people are friendly, professional, have quick service and always acknowledge you when you walk in the door with a friendly “Hello.” I will continue to go there instead. They are much more personable.

Total time in Chase was 5 min! I was greatly impressed with their efficiency. We used the "schedule a meeting" feature to make an appointment at this location. Thank you for helping resolve the issue with our account.

Pulled in at 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon to get a little cash for the laundry mat... 8 cars in line for a single drive thru ATM and no indoor ATM available... I could have washed a load of clothes before I got through!!!

You can easy too see stay in line on Saturday. You will be wait over 5-10min usually. I think they don't care about this.
