I called this bank ahead of time and asked if a larger sum of money was able to be withdrawn when I arrived. They said it would be ok, I arrived 20 minutes later. I arrived around 12:30 waited in line for 10 minutes. I pull up and the blonde Associate doesn’t even come on the screen after pressing the button multiple times. This was simply a withdraw from my checking account nothing else, the withdraw was around 10,000 she takes almost 10 minutes to bring this out and when she does it’s not banded or written anywhere how it was broken up so than had to spend another 10 minutes counting it because she gave me bills as low as 20$. We tried to press the button 3 more times to gain a explanation and she completely ignored us and after 5 minutes of waiting we drove away. Completely unprofessional and not safe as a customer, it was 40 minutes on only 2 patrons that is ridiculous. Do not go to this location.

Today I went to the Market St. location because Mulberry St. did not have the ability to issue a debit card. Upon arrival to Market St (418), there were five people online the woman managing the door and lobby (manager or assistant manager) allowed the five people to enter the branch; however, she made me wait on the outside in the parking lot because she said the wait to see someone was 1-3 hours and I should "stand right there." So, while I stood there she allowed another customer (Asian) to come in without hesitation assuring me she would "try" to get me in. However, when another customer of Latino heritage, as were the previous five customers, approached and expressed she was also sent from Mulberry St. she reluctantly allowed me in. To my surprise the line was short, and the two bankers/branch manager were free. The women then ran inside the branch manager's office to whisper to him before going back out to the front. I get the distinct feeling they were not allowing Black people in... The two stars is for the male teller who was personable and warm. I might add while I was being held outside the woman watched me up and down to ascertain what I do not know but I seemed to be intriguing like a large subhuman insect.

The ABSOLUTE WORST BRANCH TO VISIT. I came in for a simple debit card and have been waiting for over 2 hours. It is ridiculous once I receive my transfer I’m closing my account after being with them for over 5 years. The is no reason I should have to wait that long for a debit card. I even tried to do curbside pickup but the earliest time to choose from was 3 hours away. This branch location should be shut down for inadequate service. I’ve seen over 30 people come in and out for the teller when this could simply be fixed by having someone behind the desk print a card. I have to sit and wait for hours to get one. Can’t wait for my deposit because NOW IM DONE WITH THIS BANK. The absolute WORSTTTTT. Do recommend for anyone who doesn’t have hours to wait at a bank

15 people on line, only two tellers. One teller doing the line and the drive thru, thee orther line and business accounts. Ridiculous

The service is pretty decent they get you in and out.I feel they need an additional atm. The machine took my money and said I didn't make any deposits.

This is the worst TD branch in my area. The managers are rude and disrespectful. I think the whole branch needs a lesson on good costumer service. Most of the people who work there are foreigners I can tell because so am I. I’m not sure if it’s a culture thing or what but I am ashamed of my people.
