Extremely rude people, use another location. Apparently the simplest question summons this 50 year old rude fellow with glasses that is in need of some classes of costumer support.

The atm kept my card I believe for my careless mistake. However, when I walked inside the bank at 2:45 15 minutes before they close to get a replacement card! No one gave me an attitude or selfish look of concern on their face! Instead it was a look of Love and concern for a customer in need. Joseph who was by himself all day on this busy Sunday which I’m surprised was quick and very professional with handling my issues. Also the security guard Narcissa was very helpful and beyond friendly with me and everyone else that entered the doors of our great bank! Thank you TD for hiring Awesome employees!!!!!!!!

I open my account here with Tracy who was very professional and made the process quick and easy. I've come back to this branch four times since then and each time has been a huge disappointment. This is the slowest bank I have ever been to in all my years of living. If you are not using one of the three ATM machines at the front of the bank, DO NOT COME HERE. Although there is parking at the park icon parking lot next door, parking directly in front of the bank is extremely Limited and sometimes occupied by Bank employees themselves. At the time of writing this review, my husband has been waiting on line for 20 minutes.

Huge place of discrimination. I waited in the drive thur line before the place was closed. There were two customers before me then. When it comes to my turn, the lady told me the line is closed! And I waited for 30 mins and she treated me like this during Covid-19. People, watch!

The number on google is incorrect and they have yet to update it. They have really friendly staff, but due to the location and the amount of people they see on a daily basis, the service is poor. They are behind on requests that should take minimal time and then takes weeks. I hope they hire more workers and more people apply so that business can run more efficiently.

I went in with my girlfriend to use the ATM and ended up losing 50 dollars while making a deposit due to a malfunction. After, I went into the bank to see a teller about my situation and he then directed me to the store manager Lissette Morales. She told me I had to wait to see somebody instead of helping me with a urgent situation. Customers do not go to a bank to lose their money and not get told what happened! After 30 minutes, I approached her very nicely and asked if she can give me a solution, but instead she was very rude and unprofessional. She then insisted on having us wait for a problem that had a 30 second answer. She needs to learn how to engage customers and find solutions instead of being unprofessional. If she does that, maybe a better work culture will be set at this TD.

Well for starters l walk in the bank overwhelmed about the problems with my account, however the Store supervisor Everard E. Primus insured me that everything will be alright. Minutes later my jitters began to go away due to the pleasant staff. They were all polite and courteous. Everard multitasking helping others while still assisting Me was a great sight to see. He was very delicate with my situation and took his time; very grateful for this experience will be returning. Thanks TD.

4 employees working. Manager and one employee are hand counting coins from the bank drawer for the last 20 minutes. There must be a better use of their time.. like helping the 6 customers on line.

Worst banking system I've ever experienced. Not at all America's most convenient bank. Plus their over the phone automated system for customer service is trash. If you don't want to be given the runaround choose another bank.
