TD Bank NJ, Voorhees Township

The worst bank ever to have during COVID. For a year they were appointment only to get into the lobby. Now they’re doing it again. “America’s Most Convenient Bank”, what a joke.

Terrible. Even having the my ID they put my info wrong on the system. Because of that I have lost another appointment that I took months to get. Very rude

This establishment has quality customer service, very nice staff that are eagerly willing to answer questions, and a wide variety of options when you come in too. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, and so nice. My family and I will definitely be returning here again! Awesome place! I would highly recommend coming here to deal with your banking needs. The reason I gave it four stars is on account of the wait you may sometimes have when entering this branch of TD.

Have gotten my checking and savings accounts opened here, as well as my debit card. Always get helped out by Dan and Christopher in particular. Level of service is excellent. Best TD Bank around. Would recommened highly.

Terrible service ! Long , slow lines at drive in , fewer hours, very long wait with problems inside and no one acknowledging that you are waiting forever !!

Jill branch manager and chelsea by far most irresponsible bank assoc I have ever worked with as an owner of a business took over 1 week to handle a business matter with no results 5 phone calls and over 30 mins on hold. Over 30 years with this bank. Td bank just seems to have a I don't care adtitude the last so many years. These 2 employees at Voorhees may now be the reason I switch to republic bank

A check I wrote bounced because TD put a hold on my deposit without telling me. As a result, I was charged fees. I went in to get the fees reversed, and after working with a banker for an hour, they recommended I call customer service on my own. Why? Because the banker didn't know what to do.
