Fun and friendly environment, nice ATM machines. Free pens that write beautifully. Nice and knowledgeable staff that make you feel like a VIP and appreciated. Excellent. Been with them many years now.

I went in to visit this location of TD bank and was truly blown away with the customer service I experienced. I met with a woman named Sue who went above and beyond to help me with every aspect and then some of why I’d come in. I felt so acknowledged and have it noted as my best bank experience to date!! Would definitely recommend

To wait over an hour at drive through is ridiculous. If the lobby is closed, then extra tellers should be available to assist drive through customer. Very poor service.

Good customer service. Bad company. Online banking is absolutely atrocious. Constantly get locked out or messages saying the online banking is down. I'd you have to call customer service be prepared to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone.

Really appreciate the work everyone does here, have never had anything but a good experience at this location

Always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes a little slow in the drive thru, but I'm pretty sure it's people doing 5 transactions back to back lol

SO DAMN SLOW. Can't even cash a check that is drawn on their bank without 20 minutes while the manager is on the phone with 'corporate.' You can get more efficient service at sears and that really says something

I am not sure why people complain about fees and services... if you just talk to an employee they basically show you how to have any account with no fee I think in my last 8yrs of banking with them I've had 2 $15 fee and it was 100% my fault.... I love tdbank and they give great service one of the best banks around with so many accounts IRA's and basically anything you will ever need when it comes to finances!
