Inquired about mortgage pre-approval. Sent documents for 2weeks. Was told it was “close”. Never heard from the Mortgage guy Joe again. Not on whether I was pre approved or not. NOT how much potential to be pre-aprroved. I emailed multiple times for an update. Gave serious sensitive info to them, and never heard from Joe (deals with the mortgage approvals) again. Went to different Bank. Within 3 days, got the preapproval, for what I asked for with TD.

I have banked there since it opened and never had a bad experience. The employees have always been polite, knowledgeable and personable too me. There is no way someone can make a valid blanket remark about everyone there. Based on her blanket remark I would consider the source. I find her comment hard too believe.

One of the clerks, Mirjana was so rude to the point where I went back to banking with chase.

The TD Bank teller refused to change a $20 bill unless I was a depositor. If I understand Federal law correctly, it is against the law to refuse to accept American cash. It says right on the paper money, "Legal tender for all debts, public and private." I had to speak to the manager to get my change!
