Rose Marie is the best service manager. She is efficient, double checks all the work being done and promptly calls to advise charges and pick up time. I love prestige motors because it of Rose Marie. Whenever she isn’t working the service dept is a mess. My loyalty to prestige service is because of rose Marie.

Love my Subaru Legacy. Love all the safety features that came with the car. And I'm learning how to use the many features that are not intuitive as I'm from the Boomer generation. Andrew is very kind and patient. He answered all my questions in person and is always available by phone.

I have owned several cars from Prestige Motors and their service dept. Is always outstanding. If you want to buy a car ask for Andrew he has been our salesperson for years.

I just had the best car purchase experience with Brian Drexel, the sales manager. Buying an ev in this market has been extremely difficult. I’ve reached out to many other dealers in the tri-state area and most of them were charging insane markups, requiring non refundable deposits or playing sneaky games. Prestige had an ev I was looking for and Brian confirmed they didn’t charge markups above MSRP. He had all the paperwork already prepared when I arrived and it literally took less than 5 mins to sign the docs. He didn’t waste my time trying to up sell me or sneaking random fees. I would highly recommend working with Brian.

I was disappointed my car needed to be left for eight hours for an oil change. It just doesn’t make sense to make an appointment early and still have to wait all day to pick up your car.

Excellent service. No surprises. They completed the service as promised. Provided a customer service car for repairs that required a long wait for parts.

Easy to make appointment, car taken on time and ready sooner than expected. Rosemarie is very friendly, organized and competent. Although you cannot wait at the dealership due to Covid,, I was able to wait in town and was called promptly when the car was ready.

I have now had four cars that have been serviced at Pleasantville Subaru/Volkswagen. Three Passats and a Cross Trek. Service is excellent and the staff really takes care of me - often noting issues that I have missed. I take my Cross Trek on long trips and I feel that they acknowledge this and watch out for safety issues. Rosemarie and the rest of the staff are the reason that my next car will also be a Subaru or VW.
