TD Bank County Rd, Barrington

I've been Bank with TD Bank in the Barrington branch for a few years, their customer service is amazing, they are extremely helpful and Knowledgeable, Bryan Arboleda is attentive,professional, he adheres to the details, someone you should see for any of your banking needs. The level of professionalism and caring for his customers is always seen when you walk in.

I am sick of driving from Fall River to this bank to withdraw MY OWN MONEY and the ATM refusing to GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! This is the 3rd time I’ve done this, sick of this place…

The tellers are very nice and friendly, always great customer service!! Management is always polite and willing to help too. Best TD bank around!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I OPENED 6 BUSINESS AND PERSONAL ACCOUNTS AND A CREDIT CARD ACC. HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS. YOU ARE GOING TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND THEY NEVER SOLVED A PROBLEM. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD STOLEN OR IF THERE IS ANY FRAUD CHARGES THEY DONT CARE AND YOU ARE GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE THOSE TRANSACTIONS THAT YOU DID NOT MAKE. CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE IS SO RUDE. SHE WAS YELLING AT ME. ITS JUST A GOOD LOOKING BANK 7 DAYS OPEN BANK THATS IT. YOU WILL LOOSE SOOO MUCH MONEY DONT GET CLOSER.

The people that work here are so friendly, kInd and go above what is required.

Told over the phone that an in-person appointment is required to open a joint account. Confirmed with Linus at the Barrington Branch that masks were required. While waiting to be let in I could see that the staff inside were putting on masks only after seeing us at the door! We were let in and asked to wait and I noticed that bank personnel masks were not covering their noses! I was not comfortable waiting in a building where people had been walking around without masks and/or wearing them improperly. Linus was very apologetic (he did wear a mask), but we will find a bank that is better at customer (and employee) safety. TD Bank in Barrington needs to tighten up their mask protocols.

Female manager is rude I believe her name is ally.. I explained to her the situation going on with my account and she seem uninterested in trying to help me with her dismissive ways and snobby attitude. I ended up calling the main branch and they didn't even hesitate assisting me and helping me! she does not care to listen or even try to assist you or help in any way. Very poor customer service! Especially from a manager!! And the fact another branch was able to assist me the way I should of been assisted that goes to show that her facts were not correct!

ATM ate my check and card. Anita did not follow up with me. I had to call multiple times to follow up as no staff did voluntarily. Finally got deposited and of coarse into the wrong checking account. Now I have to get a new check issued.
