Have you ever closed on a house in 1 month? Well, I have!! 😁 And Sergio Dalomba at Nations Lending played a huge part in making this home buying process fast and successful. We hit a snag with one of the credit bureaus and Sergio continuously followed up with them until the issue was resolved, which I really appreciated. Also, Sergio and his team send out informational emails explaining where we were in the process and what my partner and I needed to do. Submitting and signing our documents was extremely easy too. The software that nations lending uses is simple and I submitted/signed most of mine right from my phone. We just received the keys to our dream house yesterday!!
